Sam is worse when he isn’t honest about the warranty and inspection report. I’m client of Mercedes from years and I’m very happy with “The best or nothing” like their slogan. This Dealer really makes me disappointed. It’s unacceptable when these guys despise their clients. I cannot imagine why they can be staff of BMW … worst guys that I met in my life. I love BMW too but Never comeback this dealer. More

Scott was a wealth of knowledge on the BMW product models and the various packages available on each. He asked insightful questions and it became clear he understood what I was looking for. He provided all of the information I required, facilitated a number of test drives, and identified the perfect fit for me, without any of the sales pressure which can sometimes accompany such visits. If you're planning to go into BMW Gallery, I would strongly recommend you call ahead and request Scott to assist you, as I am confident he'll provide excellent service and set you up in your desired vehicle. Good for the most part Honestly, the sales experience was positive at this dealership when we purchased our newer vehicle and the salesman : David was very transparent about Honestly, the sales experience was positive at this dealership when we purchased our newer vehicle and the salesman : David was very transparent about everything and kept us up to date with the process of when the car was being built to when it would be shipped all the way to when it was ready for delivery. It was a painless experience and he even offered to let us test drive all the trims of the X5 from 35i to X5M and gave us detailed information about the standard features of the car and what options are available. During delivery he showed us how to use all the safety features and how to use the newer iDrive system. Even when I email him three years later he is helpful with answering all my questions and concerns about the car. Now onto service, some of my experiences here have been great while other times it's been questionable to say the least. On our older vehicle, it's out of warranty so the repairs can be quite expensive but the works always done right and haven't had any issues on it. My service advisor is usually George or Earl and I feel they don't try to upsell or pressure me and any issues I have with the vehicle are addressed promptly. They also detail the interior and exterior which is a nice touch but I have seen some pretty large swirl marks on the vehicle but I'm not sure if they were from my failed hand-wash attempt or if it happened when they detailed it. I think the pricing is also pretty fair for what you pay compared to other luxury dealerships and the four year free maintenance on newer cars is excellent. One of the negative experiences I had though was trying to book a tire change on a damaged tire, I was on the phone with some snobby lady (can't remember the name at this point) and I was unsure of how many tires needed changing on the vehicle and I was trying to explain that I wasn't sure how many would need replacing, I got cut off mid sentence and she said "I don't really care about that information, just give me the tire size and we'll order two in." I just hung up since I thought it was rude and got the work done from Costco instead where they confirmed only one was damaged. I also had my check engine light flash and I pulled over into a mall and called them to tell them what happened to the vehicle and surprise surprise, it was the same lady as last time and she just went on a tirade on how it's common sense that I should tow the vehicle in and stop driving it or bad things will happen. I also feel some staff members seem to discriminate based on clothing or age since I remember I dropped my vehicle off for service wearing sweatpants, a hoodie, an apple watch and running shoes once and while in the waiting area waiting for a shuttle, one of the managers (not sure which one, an older gentleman) was greeting all the customers in the waiting area and just walked by me without saying anything and walked by another customer who wasn't exactly dressed how they want their clientele to be dressed. I decided on my next service visit to dress a little better (Rolex and dress shirt and pants) and sure enough he greeted me this time which was pretty amusing to say the least. Onto parts, I've only dealt with them once for buying winter tires on both of our cars and they were helpful. TL;DR : Sales visits are pleasant, and so was the after sale experience. David was helpful. Service visits are pleasant most of the times if the advisors are George or Earl but if they're not available then it's often a mixed experience depending on who it was and what side of the bed they woke up on that day. Parts staff are helpful. More

Here is is where it gets interesting: 1) they said the coolant had to be drained, flushed and replaced. I had an accicent with the vehicle 6 months prior and the coolant had been drained, flushed and replaced. There was problems with the repair and it turned out the Water Pumps needed replacing. BMW charged the insurance company for an additional drain, flush and replacement then (2nd flush and replace in 6 months). I told the dealer they seem to be mistaken and should have the manager call me. he never did. 4 months later they called to remind me my coolant urgently needed replacement! I told them this story (2nd time) and they said the manage would call me. HE NEVER DID! 2) they said I need to replace the brake fluid...which had also been replaced in said accident! 3) they said I need to replace the filter housing as it was leaking badly (about $1100!!) It is not leaking. I am a machinist and an engineer. Good luck with the lies! I held off writing a review. I wanted them to come clean and right this wrong. They never did, not a single phone call! I was driving in from Edmonton when my gps took us to the completely wrong location, I had called the phone number on the ad and the lady (I believe her name was Mary) walked me through exactly how to get there from where I was. As we walked through the door we were greeted by every single person and helped immediately, our sales manager (Guy) was so helpful and got us the vehicle to test right away while making us a fair and easy offer to say yes to. Stephanie, our financing consultant, got me a loan and explained everything to me, this team went above and beyond customer service. They did not push anything on me or make me feel like my vehicle was worth nothing when trading it in. Could not have asked for better service!! Would definitely recommend!! More
