Great experience at BMW canbec!! I am not one to give reviews but I have always felt that great customer service deserves to be rewarded. I had been to many dealers in the past few weeks following my car accident. I had not been in the market for a new car in the last 13 years, so I was very open minded to what was out there. I met a salesman by the name of Yossi Benhamou at BMW canbec. He was the only salesman I came back 3 times to see, the other dealers I never bothered going back. He was one of the nicest, most patient, most caring, down to earth, real, friendly salesman I have ever met in my life. He took the time to narrow down what car I wanted, explained to me the perks with the car, explained to me the alternatives to the model I took and gave me such a great leasing deal I still cannot believe it myself. At no time did he pressure me to sign, he treated me more as a friend than a salesperson. I felt comfortable asking any questions, it was like hanging out with a buddy. I would highly recommend you see Yossi Benhamou if your planning to buy a BMW at canbec. More

We were not even looking for a BMW My wife and I walked in like we did at many other places over the last 10 months. BMW was not even on our list, but we just stopped to help us compar My wife and I walked in like we did at many other places over the last 10 months. BMW was not even on our list, but we just stopped to help us compare on a Friday afternoon. We felt great right from the start. Danny was helpful to answer our questions, and he asked us if we wanted to try the car. For which I answered "xxxx yeah". This was a X6 M. As you can imagine, i didn't expect to be able to drive this... but it looked so powerful and slick. Anyways, the showroom was impeccable, clean and most cars looked so beautiful. We tried the car, and we asked for a quote, and then we said that we would comeback Monday to get a price on my trade in. We also wanted to bring the kids over for final approval. So we came back Monday afternoon with my 2 boys. No need to mention that approval was granted rather quickly. :) I got a fair value for my Audi A7, and we proceeded to close the transaction. I picked up the car the following Monday because I was traveling that week. Everything went smoothly, and I am now driving a car that is way too powerful and fast for our Quebec road. :) More
