Best by far!! I have recently dealt with Ms. Karyne Lemieux to inquire about the new BMW X4. Her professionalism and courteousness were by far the best I've encount I have recently dealt with Ms. Karyne Lemieux to inquire about the new BMW X4. Her professionalism and courteousness were by far the best I've encountered while shopping for a new vehicle. I have been talking about BMW Canbec and Ms. Lemieux to all my entourage since. I am planning to order the X4 this week. What a car but mainly very reassuring to know this level of service is what I will be receiving from my car dealer. Good job to Karyne and the team! More

Unfortunately I bought a lemon and have visited Canbec at least ten times in the last eight months, luckily the car is still under warranty, as there has been over $8k in repairs so far. The service rep I worked with was nice enough in person, but FORGET about him returning calls. Even after having to deal with the manager, I thought I'd get better service from my rep, but it was worse. If they say something is going to be done in an hour, count on two minimum. Doubling estimates is advisable. I was also told by my rep that BMWs we're not made well and I would spend tons on repairs before I got rid of it. NOT very reassuring. If Canbec wasn't the closest dealer to me. I'd avoid them like the plague. More
I purchased a 1 year old BMW 528i from Canbec BMW, the vehicle was on the showroom floor and I did not get a chance to drive it before purchasing the vehicle. On the way home we realised the alignment was vehicle was on the showroom floor and I did not get a chance to drive it before purchasing the vehicle. On the way home we realised the alignment was slightly off and the vehicle puled to the right (small problem not a big deal). What was a big deal is the fact that I called my sales rep on multiple occasions and never got a call back, then called the sales manager twice and never received a call back (this is over several days and the receptionist informed me that he was in however was with a client and would get back to me when he was available). On top of that I live in Ontario and the check that was supposed to be sent to me for taxes on the Monday was not sent until wed and when I tried to register the car in Ontario I found out they did not give me all the required paperwork. 10 days later I was driving a rental car (paid for by me) because my trip permit ran out and the tracking number given to me for the paperwork that they "expressed" to me turned out to be for another package sent out from the dealership a week earlier. So in the end 12 days after taking delivery of a BMW I am driving a rental and cant get anyone at the dealership to return my calls! To say I am upset and dissatisfied with the level of service is a huge understatement. More
