Great service and follow up I've had the chance to test drive the new m3 recently at BMW Canbec with one of the best salesman there Mr. Michael Pugliese. From the time we stepped I've had the chance to test drive the new m3 recently at BMW Canbec with one of the best salesman there Mr. Michael Pugliese. From the time we stepped in, he was the first and only salesman who approached us. He answered all our questions and welcomed us to try the car which we did. The ride was incredible and Michael was knowledgable about the car. For me i enjoyed more the conversation with him more than driving the car. He's very down to earth and a good talker. Changed over to BMW Having had an Audi and wanted to change over to BMW, Tony made the process much easier than I had every expected. He let me trade in my Audi with 6 mo Having had an Audi and wanted to change over to BMW, Tony made the process much easier than I had every expected. He let me trade in my Audi with 6 months remaining requiring me to do absolutely no work at all except hand in the keys. He was very friendly and made the whole process very easy and fast.
