Every time I call you, I have to wait on the line for 15-20 minutes and the secretary tells me that you do not have enough workers or the call was disconnected. I am very sorry that I bought a car from you. I have never experienced such an attitude before. Maintenance at Newmarket BMW is very good. My service advisor Sheldon is always very courteous and explains everything in great detail. Bought a 428xi in this location back in April this year and the sales manager Raza was hard selling their BMW extended warranty for $4300 as I told him I'm not keeping the car for a long term and probably and the sales manager Raza was hard selling their BMW extended warranty for $4300 as I told him I'm not keeping the car for a long term and probably 6 months at best cause I'm reaching towards an M4 so he told me you can cancel the warranty at anytime after you sold the vehicle, I was skeptical at first but I took it since it's from a dealership I have no reason not to trust him and true enough after I sold the vehicle 1 weeks ago the new sales manager told me it can't be cancel and they can't do anything about. I was so upset about this and I will never buy another car from this dealership ever, Anyone who is looking to buy a car there's other dealership you can go to don't risk yourself getting into situations I'm in. It's been 4 days now and let's see if this Newmarket dealership will do anything about, if they do I will update the reviews but I truly doubt they're willing to take any sort of responsibility.
