We put our vehicle for recall and test on Aug 12, 2013, and after they could not make it in 2 hours as promised :), they provided us with "complimentary" rental from local Enterprise. Same night we got our and after they could not make it in 2 hours as promised :), they provided us with "complimentary" rental from local Enterprise. Same night we got our vehicle and dropped this rental at Serpa. After a month I found that Enterprise charged a credit card with $323, and their explanation is that we hold rental for 9 days... I called both respectable companies, but they even didn't return a call. 2 days later after we contacted them, no specific news, with some excuses and explanations that they gonna fix this charge and won't do it again. I would say I could never expect this kind of "service" from BMW, probably it was my last visit to Serpa BMW. I don't see any reason to pay BMW pricing to waste time, money, and having stress when u see your credit card kinda compromised. More
I had a very good experience at Serpa. Mind you, I did my homework. Went to a couple of other BMW dealerships, got a quote from one of them. Serpa beat their quote by a lot (no other place could compete with homework. Went to a couple of other BMW dealerships, got a quote from one of them. Serpa beat their quote by a lot (no other place could compete with them).i Dealt with Stefano Serpa. He is a young and professional sales person and as I said gave me a great deal on the car. Other staff are also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back. More
Extremely unprofessional service advisors! Never provided me with updates! Very limited mechanic experience. Unable to address and fix the problems on my car. First time visit after ownership change. Took three week get an appointment with a loaner car. Dropped off vehicle on a Tuesday night. When I got there to drop off the vehicle I was asked what would be done get an appointment with a loaner car. Dropped off vehicle on a Tuesday night. When I got there to drop off the vehicle I was asked what would be done to the vehicle. When the appointment was made all the issues where discussed, but for some reason they were not entered into the computer. I had to repeat everything at the time of drop off. They did provide a loaner vehicle at no cost to me which was very nice of them. I was called the next day to let me know that the vehicle was completed and that they could no duplicate three out of my four concerns. When I insisted they told me they would take a look at the car again the next day. Thursday I received a call to inform me that some parts were ordered and that I would get a call on Friday with an update. I did not receive a call until Monday at noon. A this time I was told they had ordered more parts and that the vehicle would hopefully be ready that afternoon, and that they were able to address all my concerns. I was very happy to hear this. Tuesday at noon I got the call that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I arrived I discovered that wrong part was replaced for one of my concerns. They promised to replace the correct part on my next service (I'm ok with that as its not a safety concern) when I walked outside to drive away I noticed that they had switched my license plate covers to ones with their dealership name on it, I was not happy with this and they offered to switch them back. The employee there came back with my old covers that had been all scratched up on removal. I asked for no covers to be put back. As I was driving home I went to use my cup holder, it would not come out. The trim around it had not be installed properly during repairs to the centre console. I had to return for them to reinstall this trim piece so that I could use my cup holder. They did do a nice job washing my vehicle but for some reason it now smells like BO. Overall I was not impressed with the service I received concerning they had my vehicle for a week. More

Negatives: Service techs have difficulty diagnosing and treating multiple apparently straightforward issues (updating navigation, diagnosing trouble indicator, etc). On three occasions for three different problems it took multiple phone calls, return appointments, etc for them to finally diagnose and fix a problem. Service desk staff unhelpful, dismissive, poor communication (multiple examples, but for instance, told us to come for our vehicle on a certain day, and when we got there they told us it was not ready. Rather than calling us to let us know the repair was delayed they actually blamed us for not checking first.) Tire storage service actually misplaced our winter tires for over a month. Never bothered to even call us with an update. Most of the BMW owners I know in Newmarket and Aurora travel south for good service. We plan to do the same from now on. More
I was looking for a Certified Pre-owned BMW and my searches in Internet made me go to this dealer. As soon as I received the first email from Kate I liked the way she handled my questions, she was nic searches in Internet made me go to this dealer. As soon as I received the first email from Kate I liked the way she handled my questions, she was nice and helpful. She did not forced me to buy and she gave me options, and when she did not have the right answer she sent to me a link or pdf with the info I requested. After knowing her in person I trusted her more, she was polite and helpful, she gave me my space when I was test driving. I have been in different dealerships and with her I did not feel the sale pressure (that much). Kate: Keep up your good work!!!! Katie in Finances was great too. She guided me though the process of financing and loans and she explained to me at the end all the buttons of my car, she was knowledgeable and helpfull. I was lucky to meet the two only Kate(ie)s in the dealership. Great work guys!!!! Yosmany More
