(Trust me, I was on geek-mode and my research involved bimmer blogs, forums, visiting different dealerships. So if you are reading this, I just saved you time) Special thanks to Stefano, Kyle and Terry who all provided excellent services and refreshing experience. I am especially impressed with Kyle's knowledge and experience. He really took the time to understand my needs and made sure the options/packages I picked would truly benefit me. I really appreciate his honesty and insights. (If you're a smart buyer, you should definitely reach out to him first before anything) Even after sales, Terry have been very responsive with all my calls and emails to ensure I am 100% happy (for the record, the fastest response I got was less than 30 seconds). There are many dealerships in Toronto/GTA, but Serpa BMW is one of the few dealerships that truly cares about their customer. I highly recommended them to anyone looking for a bimmer. More

I never go back there again and after so many years as a bmw faithful customer this the last bmw that i drive . More

I am very disappointed about the way this dealership treated me and never returned after buying. I will never buy BMW anymore because of this unpleasant experience. More

Went there ,because had a problem with a transmission and needed a professional advise.But was very surprise to know that I have to change my rear brake pads and routers to fix the transmission problem...the needed a professional advise.But was very surprise to know that I have to change my rear brake pads and routers to fix the transmission problem...the car was in the garage for two month befor my appointment .We didn't drive it ,since we bought a new one.Ofcource there was some rust on routers ,because of the winter months and the car was washed before we parked it.But how it can be related to the transmission???? My husband was very mad and took the vehicle to other transmission shop.They told him that the car just needs a software update and it's can be done only at BMW dealership .We call them back and asked if they can do it? My service adviser ( her name is Jacqueline ) told me right away that probobly there is no update for your car ( we have 325i,2006),but promise to call me back,after she'll talk to mechanic.Two weeks past...still waiting for her call. But I called again on Friday. Jacqueline was off and I spoke with another service adviser (Cibor).He told me ,that they have a software update for my car and It's definitely needs one! Really?! Oh well, so happy I didn't take our new X5 to that shop for maintenance service and I never will after that experience. More
We put our vehicle for recall and test on Aug 12, 2013, and after they could not make it in 2 hours as promised :), they provided us with "complimentary" rental from local Enterprise. Same night we got our vehicle and dropped this rental at Serpa. After a month I found that Enterprise charged a credit card with $323, and their explanation is that we hold rental for 9 days... I called both respectable companies, but they even didn't return a call. 2 days later after we contacted them, no specific news, with some excuses and explanations that they gonna fix this charge and won't do it again. I would say I could never expect this kind of "service" from BMW, probably it was my last visit to Serpa BMW. I don't see any reason to pay BMW pricing to waste time, money, and having stress when u see your credit card kinda compromised. More
I had a very good experience at Serpa. Mind you, I did my homework. Went to a couple of other BMW dealerships, got a quote from one of them. Serpa beat their quote by a lot (no other place could compete with homework. Went to a couple of other BMW dealerships, got a quote from one of them. Other staff are also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back. More
Extremely unprofessional service advisors! Never provided me with updates! Very limited mechanic experience. Unable to address and fix the problems on my car. First time visit after ownership change. Took three week get an appointment with a loaner car. Dropped off vehicle on a Tuesday night. When I got there to drop off the vehicle I was asked what would be done get an appointment with a loaner car. Dropped off vehicle on a Tuesday night. When I got there to drop off the vehicle I was asked what would be done to the vehicle. When the appointment was made all the issues where discussed, but for some reason they were not entered into the computer. I had to repeat everything at the time of drop off. They did provide a loaner vehicle at no cost to me which was very nice of them. I was called the next day to let me know that the vehicle was completed and that they could no duplicate three out of my four concerns. When I insisted they told me they would take a look at the car again the next day. Thursday I received a call to inform me that some parts were ordered and that I would get a call on Friday with an update. I did not receive a call until Monday at noon. A this time I was told they had ordered more parts and that the vehicle would hopefully be ready that afternoon, and that they were able to address all my concerns. I was very happy to hear this. Tuesday at noon I got the call that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I arrived I discovered that wrong part was replaced for one of my concerns. They promised to replace the correct part on my next service (I'm ok with that as its not a safety concern) when I walked outside to drive away I noticed that they had switched my license plate covers to ones with their dealership name on it, I was not happy with this and they offered to switch them back. The employee there came back with my old covers that had been all scratched up on removal. I asked for no covers to be put back. As I was driving home I went to use my cup holder, it would not come out. The trim around it had not be installed properly during repairs to the centre console. I had to return for them to reinstall this trim piece so that I could use my cup holder. They did do a nice job washing my vehicle but for some reason it now smells like BO. Overall I was not impressed with the service I received concerning they had my vehicle for a week. More
