On the day when I picked up the car, which is only one week later and the mileage went up with 1000km difference. They didn't even bother to change the mileage on the contract. As I trust in them that "when you put down the deposit, nobody would touch the car", quoted by the sales Kyle Black. So I didn't check the mileage before I signed the final documents. When I noticed the difference in mileage, I called the sales manager Neil Stewart and asked him to justify that. He promised to get back to me the next day. But never heard back from him. More
Disappointing service I brought my car into service to get my winter tires off and at the end of the day they called me and told me they could not find my tires they store I brought my car into service to get my winter tires off and at the end of the day they called me and told me they could not find my tires they stored in the winter time. I rebooked a few weeks later, after phone calls of following up to see if they found my tires. When I finally went in and to get my tires changed, I asked for a discount due to the hassle I went through. They had me talk to Frank Sepra, who is rude and very condescending. He said the accounting department would review and give me a discount if I paid up now. I knew he was not telling the truth but didn't have any other options as he just walked away. I have had BMW's for over 15 years but would never buy another car from Sepra BMW. Frank's attitude has probably affected all the employees and that is too bad. More
Worst customer service I've ever encountered Bought a 2012 X1 from them, was supposed to receive a $1000 credit back on my card as part of the deal, didn't see that until one month later. The X1' Bought a 2012 X1 from them, was supposed to receive a $1000 credit back on my card as part of the deal, didn't see that until one month later. The X1's oil cooler blew and I was told by Thomas that it would be repaired withing 48 hours, 48 hours later it became 3 days. 1.5 weeks later I was infuriated with how they had not once contacted me to update me with this info. Thomas was also terrible with customer service, he was rude and arrogant the entire time. The only reason Serpa gets 2 stars is because Stefano was great to deal with. More

Beware this dealership - they have no idea what they are doing and they will make commitments and never follow through on them. Best to document every interaction and only deal with these people in writing, or better yet, find a more reputable dealership that can actually advocate and handle the sliminess of BMW Financial Services. Be advised that these people will try and rip you off at every turn. More

(Trust me, I was on geek-mode and my research involved bimmer blogs, forums, visiting different dealerships. So if you are reading this, I just saved you time) Special thanks to Stefano, Kyle and Terry who all provided excellent services and refreshing experience. I am especially impressed with Kyle's knowledge and experience. He really took the time to understand my needs and made sure the options/packages I picked would truly benefit me. I really appreciate his honesty and insights. (If you're a smart buyer, you should definitely reach out to him first before anything) Even after sales, Terry have been very responsive with all my calls and emails to ensure I am 100% happy (for the record, the fastest response I got was less than 30 seconds). There are many dealerships in Toronto/GTA, but Serpa BMW is one of the few dealerships that truly cares about their customer. I highly recommended them to anyone looking for a bimmer. More

They are very cold, snobby and do not care about customers. After signing the papers they don't respond your calls and when you go there they pretend that they have never met you before. I am very disappointed about the way this dealership treated me and never returned after buying. I will never buy BMW anymore because of this unpleasant experience. More

First word from the sales person was absolutely no negotiation on price. This already killed the sale right of the bat, this shows that the dealership is arrogant and does not care about sales. My husband was very mad and took the vehicle to other transmission shop. They told him that the car just needs a software update and it's can be done only at BMW dealership .We call them back and asked if they can do it? My service adviser ( her name is Jacqueline ) told me right away that probobly there is no update for your car ( we have 325i,2006),but promise to call me back, after she'll talk to mechanic. Two weeks past...still waiting for her call. But I called again on Friday. Jacqueline was off and I spoke with another service adviser (Cibor). He told me ,that they have a software update for my car and It's definitely needs one! Really?! Oh well, so happy I didn't take our new X5 to that shop for maintenance service and I never will after that experience. More
