Pleasure meeting Gautam at the Toronto Auto Show 2016 From the very moment we spoke with G at the auto show in Toronto this year, was when my wife and I knew we had to go to Serpa BMW!! We were introduced by G's co-worker, 'Brittany' who was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with at the show answering many questions that we had. I then asked if she was in sales, unfortunately she wasn't but then kindly led us to Gautam. From the very second we met Gautam we knew we wanted to visit him at the dealership, he made us feel very comfortable from that very moment. My wife and I were debating purchasing a new BMW, has I drove a 2014 Lexus IS 350 F Sport at that time. G led us through the way. The first time we arrived at Serpa BMW, we told G we are undecided on 4 different models we were debating between. My wife and I were all over the place, looking at the X5, X4, Gran Coupe and the Coupe. Ultimately with G's patience, expertise and knowledge he listened to everything my wife and I had to say and all our concerns about each model. Once he helped narrowing it all down, we decided investing in the coupe! Once again, with the patience G, (and my very picky choices and wants), G really help put the pieces of the puzzle together. G searched and searched for that perfect vehicle, he immediately began his search. G then located me the ultimate BMW, we stayed at Serpa till after closing and then the very next day he found my dream car (not the M4, but soon!!) a 2015 BMW 435i xdrive M Performance Coupe, black on black, everything my dream car wanted! When G called we headed back to Serpa and once again. With the warm, welcoming, knowledge, and understanding of G, we decided to deal that very evening!! He was so great that even after our purchase we have become friends with G and looking forward to a long lasting friendship!! To sum up my story, GO TO SERPA BMW!!!! As soon as I got there, I could tell that this dealership was taking pride in its business. It looks very modern and clean, and its employees are very helpful and friendly. I had seen several vehicles online that I thought might be of interest to me. Tony Ramundi happened to be the salesperson I got to speak with when I contacted Serpa BMW. He made the purchase experience extremely positive with his expertise, helpfulness and patience. He did not mind bringing several cars to the front for me to test-drive. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. (I would have left had that been the case) I also had the pleasure to meet Stefano Serpa and Bridget Adamo. When I did pick my car, everything was dealt with in a very efficient manner. Communication was great. Thanks to Bridget Adamo I was always informed about the status of the delivery date and the preparations leading up to it. The team at Serpa BMW is very diligent as they put the vehicle through another extensive check during that time. Bridget Adamo made all the necessary arrangements for the vehicle to be ready by due date. When I picked up the car - ahead of the agreed upon due date {!} the car was sparkling in showroom-condition.
