Dear Karen, Thank you for your response. Have you let the service team know about the new found issue with the radio? We take the servicing of your BMW very seriously and we regret that you don’t feel we’ve been there for you. As you know, we have helped you get the vehicle in service earlier than scheduled, moving you to the front of the line and booking an appointment before warranty expiration—as well as gave you a loaner vehicle free of charge. We also provided after service follow up to track the problem, then escalating the difficult to the corporate level, bringing in BMW Canada to assist and provide a $500 service credit. At the same time, at our cost, the vehicle was fully detailed and vacuumed, to help with condensation, at no charge to you as well as providing additional compensation the form of good willdollars. We know that the issue has not been fully resolved, despite the presence of BMW Canada and multiple technicians and that is a problem for us too. We have been assisting you for quite some time and were not aware of any personal problems we may have—you are always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. we will go as far as is humanly possible to resolve the issue. Can we help with the new found radio issue?

I think there was confusion on what Stefano understood on this, and he certainly does everything he can to assist all of the clients we have here so please don't take it personally. Thank you for your response! You have helped me so many time even the two times it was towed in. The five hundred was from BMW head office, after I phoned looking for help. I accepted it after thinking your service department had fixed the problem it has caused the first time. They gave it to us for compensation for the number of times it was brought in....I can't remember was it 11 -13. I think 55 days in total, I have the records as do you. I understand that fixing the Evaporator was a big job,but if it was fixed properly then i would not of had the condensation problem. As for vacuuming the vehicle the carpets were so wet they had to be taken out to dry. The fact that Stefano let us drive it home in December 2015 was crazy, he actually seen all the condensation. I contacted BMW again , they had it fixed that time. We had a discussion with Stefano about buying it back, my concern was that the wiring might have been affected , he assured us that if that happened he would warranty the work if he felt it had to do with the condensation . When I was in last time he said he never said that . Thank goodness it's on file, that was when I was up stairs crying...I'm in retail I own a few Business I would never treat anyone like that. Now I'm thinking that the wiring is compromised again, it's to do with the heating. Again I have no problem dealing with Sheldon and Jackie,they were great and Bridget my problem was with the workmanship and Stefano . Again thank you for your time, I'm not sure how to move forward

Hello BMWOWNER, We regret greatly that you might not have been satisfied with your recent visit to the Serpa BMW service department. It was an unusual problem and it required many tests, according to a BMW-required protocol. Realizing this, we provided you with a BMW loaner and then ordered a replacement Air Conditioner evaporator, which had to come from Germany and took two weeks, as it was backordered. This was beyond our reach, and like you we wish it could have happened much more quickly. We also believe it was quite a good gesture to agree to pay the damages on your first loaner vehicle but not the problem with the second. We just aren’t responsible for damage beyond our control, even if it was on a road test. We don't believe it was damaged in the shop. We are pleased that the problem you initially identified was fixed to your satisfaction, and we look forward to speaking with you about this further. Sincerely, Serpa BMW Service Team
