****Don't go to Serpa**** I just leased my new car from serpa. It was making a toxic smell. They told me it was the washer fluid. Which was obviously BS. I took it back again a I just leased my new car from serpa. It was making a toxic smell. They told me it was the washer fluid. Which was obviously BS. I took it back again as the smell was making me sick. They had it for 6 weeks. It turns out it was a refrigerant gas leak. During the service they broke my windshield but management including Mr Serpa refused to pay for it. ***warning** they have a clause in their service contract that if they damage your car during service you have to pay to have it fixed! I will never go back to Serpa. I have been a BMW customer for 15 years at other dealerships and have never been treated like this or seen such poor service. More
Horror returning leased X5 Returned our leased X5 April 30th, 2016. Went to the leasing manager, who agreed it wasn't returned late; still the phone calls came asking for money from BMW's finance dept. Spoke to Stefano several times to get this handled, even received an email from him stating it had been taken care of. Started receiving phone calls from a collection agency, so obviously has NOT been handled. Wish they would follow through with their commitments to their customers. We clearly will not purchase another BMW from Sepra, and this had been our 3 BMW from them. More

I had many questions about the vehicle and the options - many of the options on this technologically advanced vehicle I did not understand. Stefano explained everything to me clearly and patiently and gave good advice on what options would be most useful to me. All the staff were extremely helpful and when I picked up my new car, Brittany explained everything. I am a senior citizen and have bought many cars and have to say this was one of the best new car buying experiences. More
Absolutely disgusting I warn you: DO NOT GO TO SERPA. I had my top of the line 2011 X5 towed here and was told I needed $3500 worth of work done. After completing the work, I warn you: DO NOT GO TO SERPA. I had my top of the line 2011 X5 towed here and was told I needed $3500 worth of work done. After completing the work, I was told my engine was still broken and that, in fact, it needed to be COMPLETELY REPLACED - for $26,500!! More than the value of the entire car! So the initial repairs were useless, but they still refused to take responsibility or refund my money. I was treated like garbage the entire time and never once was I offered a loaner car. (When I did show up to discuss the situation, I saw multiple loaner vehicles parked outside...nice). They threatened to impound my car until I paid them for the initial *useless* repairs. I finally relented and took my car to another non-dealership shop. They identified that BMW had made a huge critical mistake in their work and that it was their fault my engine was so broken. My car is now fixed, and it only cost me and additional $2500. I'm outraged and sickened. Don't ever take your car to Serpa - they are crooks of the highest order. Better yet, don't buy a BMW. They're total cheap. Don't believe me? Google it. More

Poor customer service Horrible customer service I called in earlier today to book an appointment to have my fob starter fixed the earliest appointment they had was June 1st Horrible customer service I called in earlier today to book an appointment to have my fob starter fixed the earliest appointment they had was June 1st it is currently may 11th I asked if they could fit me in earlier as I could not wait 20 days to drive my car. What I got was a very rude response with zero help. I would recommend going to see a different dealer as there are many other shops qualified to work on bmw. Again very rude and unhelpful customer service. More

Brand New 2015 335xi M Performance Edition I picked up my brand new 2015 335 xi M Performance Edition in Suzuka Grey last night from Serpa BMW in Newmarket. I have been a long time Honda/Acura I picked up my brand new 2015 335 xi M Performance Edition in Suzuka Grey last night from Serpa BMW in Newmarket. I have been a long time Honda/Acura client and wanted to purchase a luxury vehicle. I looked at many brands, and i have to say the Serpa team made it very easy for me. I started with with a phone call and spoke with Kyle Black. He was very helpful and knew the cars inside and out. I then went to test drive the vehicle and Kyle was not in so I spoke with Tony Ramundi. Tony was very helpful as well. I then had several phone calls and E-Mails regarding different vehicles and Kyle and Tony worked as team to provide me answers to my questions, and I had a lot of questions because this was my first BMW purchase. Each time I went to the dealership, I was greeted promptly and Stefano Serpa always made a point of coming over and saying hello. I really felt they wanted and cared for my business. I have purchased or leased 7 vehicles and I have to say that this was by far my most pleasurable experience. Bridget Adamo was also great to work with when I went to sign the paperwork for my car. She was very clear and pointed everything out to me. I even remember signing the paperwork with a nice BMW pen. Newmarket is rather far for me but as my car ages and needs more close attention, i will only bring it here. Im so glad that John and Jacquie are back, the quintessential duo that fix the car and face the customer. I really trust John with my car and i respect his knowledge. What a tag team!! Everyone else was polite and gracious including the friendly passenger shuttlers. I really trust this current team. Serpa - do not let them go!! Please. As long as they are there, i will come back. :) More
