New Ownership | Great Customer Focus - BMW Newmarket I was coming close to the end of my lease and was looking to leave the BMW brand given poor experience with the Serpa owners. The new team at BMW Newm I was coming close to the end of my lease and was looking to leave the BMW brand given poor experience with the Serpa owners. The new team at BMW Newmarket went above and beyond to work through the old lease and help me into a new car. They were engaged, offered solutions, worked with me to select the right car and then quickly had the car ready to go. I am happy to see the new owners coming in and making a difference! Jaime, Leonard, Todd, Bridget and Troy all made this happen. Great experience! More

Worst Service I have ever received I took my bmw for a simply oil change and recall. They screwed a module when doing the recall and I was left without a car for TWO MONTHS. They had me drive them a few times back and forth because they thought it was fixed, but then it wasn't. such a waste of time. I asked them to comp the oil change due to my troubles and wasted time, they refused! The owner sold the place so couldn't care less of customers. No matter what you do, do NOT take your car into this place. they will screw it up. better any bmw dealer but his one. You have been warned. More

Sheldon really works hard to identify what service needs to be completed and schedules the maintenance or repair in a very fair way. It seems like he really wants the client to leave completely satisfied. He arranges for Matt or Steve, the courtesy shuttle drivers whenever my car is left at the dealership and make everything very easy. He has topped up the air in my tires or done small repair things on his own, at no charge. Thanks to the Serpa Service team. Debora M More

I just brought the spark plugs parts and will go to change it for 50$, but they did it without my authorization and charged for 250$ label. More

Last time I was at the dealership I left in tears not because of the staff but because of the owner. Not sure what to do anymore??? More
****Don't go to Serpa**** I just leased my new car from serpa. It was making a toxic smell. They told me it was the washer fluid. Which was obviously BS. I took it back again a I just leased my new car from serpa. It was making a toxic smell. They told me it was the washer fluid. Which was obviously BS. I took it back again as the smell was making me sick. They had it for 6 weeks. It turns out it was a refrigerant gas leak. During the service they broke my windshield but management including Mr Serpa refused to pay for it. ***warning** they have a clause in their service contract that if they damage your car during service you have to pay to have it fixed! I will never go back to Serpa. I have been a BMW customer for 15 years at other dealerships and have never been treated like this or seen such poor service. More
Horror returning leased X5 Returned our leased X5 April 30th, 2016. Paperwork was filled out incorrectly somewhere along the line, and showed we returned the vehicle late, with a cost of $300 +. Went to the leasing manager, who agreed it wasn't returned late; still the phone calls came asking for money from BMW's finance dept. Spoke to Stefano several times to get this handled, even received an email from him stating it had been taken care of. Started receiving phone calls from a collection agency, so obviously has NOT been handled. Wish they would follow through with their commitments to their customers. We clearly will not purchase another BMW from Sepra, and this had been our 3 BMW from them. More

I had many questions about the vehicle and the options - many of the options on this technologically advanced vehicle I did not understand. Stefano explained everything to me clearly and patiently and gave good advice on what options would be most useful to me. All the staff were extremely helpful and when I picked up my new car, Brittany explained everything. I am a senior citizen and have bought many cars and have to say this was one of the best new car buying experiences. More
