I was a walk in off the street and Aurash quickly greeted me and we started chatting. He worked hard to earn my business without being pushy and quite frankly was just a nice person and someone you'd like to do business with. Even though this was an off brand used car at delivery he took the time to go over a number of features with my wife and even helped me get the 3 car seats installed as well. Great purchase experience and would recommend Aurash to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
Really don't know what they are doing! So many issues it's hard to know where to start. My wife leased a 2014 528i and purchased and the (extra) insurances at an inflated price. Then when she had to use one them the dealership did not call her back, I went in to discuss the matter with the service manager, who said he would look into it and didn't call me back. Waited weeks for an answer, still no return call. Went in for a third time, everyone apologized and said they would have an answer for me asap. Believe it or not, still no call after 2 weeks. When I called in they said that the person looking after me was no longer with the dealership. Unbelievable!!! Also had engine light issues, a low tire light that kept coming on that took forever for them to deal with, this was when Surpa ran the shop. Guess what...the new owners/managers are just as bad. My wife called in at the beginning of December to arrange to return her car because she believed that the lease was up on December 31st. The dealer told her the day on which to return it. Paper work was done, etc...THEN another lease payment came out of our account, so we called the dealership and asked what was going on? They then informed my wife that she actually has 3 more months on the lease??? Why did they not say that on the several calls she had with them before she dropped it off? OR when they were trying to lease us another car? Dealership and finance company will not help us out! So when we said that we will be back to pick up the car, they said it was sold already!!! SO unless you are a "sucker for punishment", DO NOT lease or buy from this dealership!!! We have been leasing BMW,s for 15yrs and never had this kind of dishonesty/poor service and down right deception. More

I thought I would give BMW in Newmarket another try and was pleasantly surprised to hear that there have been many changes and they are working diligently to be client focused and earn each customers business. I was greeted with a warm smile by reception and pointed in the right direction. I found the sales staff to be very helpful and it was nice to see that the managers seemed to be very involved out on the floor. Good luck to the team! More

The new team at BMW Newmarket went above and beyond to work through the old lease and help me into a new car. They were engaged, offered solutions, worked with me to select the right car and then quickly had the car ready to go. I am happy to see the new owners coming in and making a difference! Worst Service I have ever received I took my bmw for a simply oil change and recall. They screwed a module when doing the recall and I was left without a car for TWO MONTHS. They had me drive them a few times back and forth because they thought it was fixed, but then it wasn't. such a waste of time. I asked them to comp the oil change due to my troubles and wasted time, they refused! The owner sold the place so couldn't care less of customers. No matter what you do, do NOT take your car into this place. they will screw it up. better any bmw dealer but his one. You have been warned. More

Sheldon really works hard to identify what service needs to be completed and schedules the maintenance or repair in a very fair way. It seems like he really wants the client to leave completely satisfied. He arranges for Matt or Steve, the courtesy shuttle drivers whenever my car is left at the dealership and make everything very easy.
