While I have no problem with this dealership, they are fantastic really; I'm very disappointed with the Service department. I hate when people up sell at a professional establishment (like Canadian Tire d fantastic really; I'm very disappointed with the Service department. He still presumed I'd want the extra work he suggested (over $800 worth). I said "no just the service". He still phoned me up after I got home while waiting for them to complete the service. Wanting to do a brake job over $240 and add a new cabin filter around $80. He said it had leaves and such on it. My vehicle has only got 21,000km over 3 years doesn't need the brake fluid exchanged. Now I go away, and my wife and I feel like, because we never had the work done they may have, or not have done something to make me regret my decision. I have had this happen on occasion at disreputable service departments. The office staff were great, but I highly doubt I will go back there. I don't trust them anymore. More
