Had an amazing experience purchasing my new vehicle with Hyundai Niagara Falls. VERY Disappointed. STEVE financial department never explain to us that we have to pay extra for our extended warranty never mention for additional payment. We come back after 3 days to remove our extended warranty or return the car, we are not Happy at all. NATHAN sales agent He said we cannot return the car because they have policy and also the extended warranty cannot be remove since we purchase together.NATHAN was explain to his manager name CHASE about our issue and concern that we are not happy about what happen to us There nothing they can do about it. So CHASE come to us saying that I don’t want you to give bad reviews about NATHAN,, so CHASE told us to give us $300 Voucher when we do our first change oil and I said why we can have it right now, CHASE told us that as I said I will give the voucher on your first service and Nathan was there that chase told to Nathan. Guess what’s happen I call Nathan to inform what they promise to us voucher $ 300 Nathan said chase was on vacation I need to follow up. After 3 months I follow up again Nathan said I haven’t spoke to chase. After 6 months I follow up with Nathan he told me that I don’t remember about that conversation we have and his asking me if I have written notes or proof that they tell us to give $ 300 voucher. I said it was verbal agreement I insist that day Nathan told me don’t worry we will give it to you.I trust him when chase and Nathan told us in front of my family. And now chase telling me different story that he told me that I have to entered a survey like 1 out of 10 by the end of the month in order for me to qualified for $300 voucher. But that day chase did not tell me that he specifically told me in order for Nathan not to give bad reviews that’s why his giving voucher. All I can say to CHASE and NATHAN, Just be honest to yourself and never promise to your customer.So I said to chase never mine the voucher but you should not lets us waiting 6 months to follow up with you and not even giving us call regarding our concerns. These individuals have perfected the art of deception, manipulating numbers and contracts with the finesse of seasoned con artists. Their promises and contracts hold as much weight as a feather in a hurricane - utterly worthless. But what truly sets them apart is their utter disregard for human decency. Instead of owning up to their mistakes, they choose to deflect blame onto their customers, leaving us feeling like nothing more than inconveniences. Chase, in particular, embodies the epitome of heartlessness; his lack of empathy is truly chilling. We were led down a path of deceit from the moment we set foot in their dealership. Whether it was the inconsistent pricing on wheellocks on the same vehicle model or the outright fabrications about added on lease increases, every interaction felt completely wrong. This establishment is the epitome of shadiness, where truth is a foreign concept and where they truly only care about themselves. Please, for your own sanity and financial well-being, steer clear of this dealership. We are eternally grateful to wash our hands of this ordeal and pray that no one else falls victim to them. They will say I threatened this review, and that I threatened to make complaints against them. You bet I will continue to let everyone know how horrible they treat customers in hopes that we can save someone else from the same nightmare. I bought a new car and it has been causing a problem in the back. As they have said, it was accidental. They said to me earlier that it was accidental. And after that they said to me, we cannot replace that part. It's very costly and that all stuff. And also they just said to me, they would not replace the part under the warranty. And they would not give me the part. The service department is a complete scam. They will tell you that your brakes are failing and you have to do the repair for your own safety. This will cost around $1,000. Purchased 2017 Tucson beginning of August, only to have the AC not work 100% after 28 days, for them to advise me it's not part of the safety that that they won't fix it after I waited 3 hours there. They refused for 2 months to provide floor matts that should have been included (as stated in the ad), and lied about rims not passing safety, as they didn't want to give me the alloy rims on the car and switched them to steel after I purchased it. Now in Oct, after 6,000km, the oil completely ran out, as it is burning oil. This would have been a known issue, and should have been dealt with before even advertising the car. I was absolutely taken for a ride, tried my best to be as educated as I could be and I was still taken. Watch your back here, trust no one, and if your gut tells you to run, do it. More
