Just purchased a used Sante Fe. ..from Ralph down to sales, service and cleanup crew, these guys we all great to deal with!!...Had a minor hiccupp on the 2nd day and they went over ..from Ralph down to sales, service and cleanup crew, these guys we all great to deal with!!...Had a minor hiccupp on the 2nd day and they went over and above to see that the issue was corrected immediately. Service department is an embarrassment. It looks like a social event for employees every time I have been there. Poor communication between staff, worse communication with customer(me). My 4 hour repair (which no one thought to mention), to change 2 hoses on 3rd visit was 100 percent unsuccessful. My faulty A/C now does not work at all- which no one told me. I received a text message that "my vehicle was ready". No one in service customer area knew that my car was not fixed, just gave me my keys. I of course figured that out quickly and brought it to their attention. Which is when they spoke with service technician for the new update, that my compressor suddenly does not work after hose change. I will again wait for a part and then take car back for another 4-5 hour service call. Whenever that part comes in. I have rented a car as it is 25-30 degrees Celsius almost daily. Just WOW!!! More

If I could give a zero star rating to Cody in sales I would. The vehicle sold itself, and I purchased in spite of Cody, not because of him. He’s lazy, and unprofessional . I found my vehicle on the sales lot on my own, after he told me it wasn’t there. He presented it up for me to test drive in a filthy condition. No explanation or apology provided. AC was not working, he knew about it, just didn’t mention prior to test drive. I’m shocked to see he’s still in your employ, This was in the last year, and I went to an out of town Hyundai dealership to purchase a second vehicle this year. I won’t return to the sales floor Autovalue again. He’s a horrible brand representative. That being said, as the business office was professional, and the manager seemed ok, I can give the sales group a two star rating overall. The service department, on the other hand, is exceptional. Thomas is a true gentleman, he’s quick to greet each customer as they arrive, even if he’s preoccupied. His character and class gives service customers a feeling of assurance. Confident that they are being well taken care of. I reviewed customer service professionally for a global corporation for many years. My job was to benchmark our services against the offerings of our competitors, around the world. Thomas is deserving of recognition, he’s a true brand ambassador, his five stars bring Autovalue up to an overall four star rating, in spite of the shortcomings across the building. More
