Kelly arranged for a (lengthy) Q & A with Carlos, as well as a test drive. Paul got to check out all the features of his dream car while he was in the showroom and we were welcome to stay as long as he needed to- about 2 hours. All the staff were great but Carlos really shone. Thanks so much for the fantastic opportunity Kelly, it really did make a big difference for us yesterday. More
Worst purchase experience ever and it doesn't seem to end Was looking to purchase a new vehicle. Had a friend bring me into AutoValue for a look. She had purchased a car just prior. I did decide to purchase a Was looking to purchase a new vehicle. Had a friend bring me into AutoValue for a look. She had purchased a car just prior. I did decide to purchase a Tucson. Was suppose to take delivery 4 days after the purchase. I showed up to find that the vehicle had scratches all over it. That was displeasing since I had agreed to pay an extra 799.00 for paint protection and under protection. I couldn't figure out why they would apply these products to a vehicle with large scratch marks up the side. I refused delivery and was told that my salesman Sean Fowler would give me a call once the vehicle was ready for another delivery date. Never did receive a phone call so I decided to go in a couple days later to see what was going on. Was met by my finance officer who informed me the car was ready although I did not receive any call saying so. I did take delivery and almost drove off the lot without car insurance, which they were suppose to arrange as well. Nevertheless, my friend was suppose to receive a $ 100.00 cheque for the referral which to date she still hasn't received. I have called and left messages 4X for Sean Fowler but he does not return any calls. Wasn't there for either delivery, no follow up, no return of calls. Finally I called and got a hold of Kevin Dick who informed me that there was nothing on my file saying I was referred by my friend. I explained she was right with me when I went in to purchase this vehicle and we even dealt with the same saleperson as she did earlier. He knew exactly who she was. Even asked her what she was going to do with the $ 100.00. She did go in to see Sean about a month ago and he told her the cheque was on its way. So Mr Dick told me that he could give her a free oil change but that's all. I definitely would never recommend this dealership to anyone. There is no accountability, customer relations or satisfaction. All they want is their commission and thats it. I love my Tucson, but will never deal with these clowns again. More

He knew what we wanted and his suggestions were excellent. He knew we wanted the color blue for our new Sonata and went out of his way to get what we wanted. Even after we received our new Sonata he called to make sure we were happy with the car we choose. I was so happy I took a picture of the car and posted it to my Facebook account and told my friends to go to the Niagara Falls Hyundai Dealership and see Mark if they were in the market for a new car!
