Great buying experience This is my second vehicle from auto value Hyundai in five years I found everyone at this dealership to be friendly helpful and professional however This is my second vehicle from auto value Hyundai in five years I found everyone at this dealership to be friendly helpful and professional however I will key in my sales person Lisa who guided me through the purchase of my new Tucson 1.6 turbo Lisa is a port Colborne girl and I would expect nothing less LOL real measure of a dealership is how you are treated after the purchase and with my Elantra I was extremely pleased when I had an air conditioning problem which turned out to be software of course they worked hard to solve the problem to my satisfaction which they do kudos to everyone at this dealership I highly recommend it More

Outstanding Customer Service I took my car in for it's regular service - upon completing the service they found some issues. Jane called me prior to any further work being done. S I took my car in for it's regular service - upon completing the service they found some issues. Jane called me prior to any further work being done. She explained in thorough work that she recommended to be done. Jane also noticed an issue with my rims and went out of her way to contact Hyundai about getting 2 of them replaced under warranty (A warranty that I did not know existed and had plans to pay to be replaced). She was exceptional at keeping me updated with the status of the claim, getting my car back into the shop and getting them replaced. The shuttle is always available without any delays and he is very welcoming! ... and free car washes!! I will admit, I do miss the smarties after being serviced! Overall: Amazing Customer Service and a great place to deal with. More
