Found out sound coming from my engine meant I needed a new engine. Thankfully I had an extended warrantly. Still a very stressful time. Tina in service handled everything from start to finish. She made a stressful and unknown situation calm and efficent. She walked me throught the process kept in touch with me both thru phone and email and three weeks later I had a new engine courtesy of my extended warranty.
