I must admit being used to working with new car dealerships only; I was pleasantly surprised and impressed when I got here. I was looking around for several weeks knowing exactly the car I was looking for. I had already seen it on the web the night before, but I wanted to see what it looked like for real. I was pleasantly greeted by Harvey Bercovici and I told him the car I was looking for. He immediately got some plates and brought the car around for me to test drive. I loved the car immediately and told him I'd be back with my wife the next day as my wife was just getting back from Florida that day. I got home and thought to myself, I should have put a deposit on that car. I thank Harvey for calling me an hour later telling me he didn't want to upset me, but somebody was test driving the car I was looking at. Well...Say no more, I immediately put a deposit on it and asked him to "Hold It" which he did. My wife and I came in the next morning, we drove it again and my wife said, this is your car. We did our negotiations and I also met Adam Wissenz at that time, the Sales Manager. The deal was made and we were told the car would be ready in 48 hrs. I asked for a few more little items for the car with no argument. I highly recommend this fine organization to anyone looking for a used car, no matter what their criteria may be, as it's likely they will have it and you will be treated with respect and get the fine automobile you were looking for. Autopark Burlington is an excellent place to buy a vehicle, but DO NOT get the Easy Care service plan - it is far from easy to recover the full cost of repairs and it takes forever! Kim Manos is a wonderful man, who is knowledgeable and patient and doesn't use pressure sales tactics. He helped us find our Toyota Sienna and the price was very fair. I was very happy with my transaction and the very friendly people I met at Autopark. The service people have always been great too although it's sometimes hard to get an appointment! They are very popular! In late September, the head gasket of my vehicle blew out, and by the time I had gotten off the highway, the engine seized. I was in a panic when they told me it would cost almost $7000 to replace the engine and do the repair! When I told them I had Easycare Total Service plan, they were happy for me, saying it was clearly an internal engine issue and it would be covered by the plan. Unfortunately the last 6 weeks have been spent with Easy Care looking for ways to not have to pay the bill although the mechanics and technicians all feel it's a slam-dunk obvious case of engine failure. The report I reviewed is inaccurate and they say I should have noticed a telltale stain on the engine which the mechanics needed a special camera to access in order to see! Then they told me that it was my neglect that caused the heads/block to warp. It had nothing to do with the fact that the head gasket blew while I was driving 100 km/hr on a superhighway. The case drags on, and my family van sits in a bay while I fight for full payment from Easycare. Meanwhile, the people at Autopark, specifically Jordan in the Service department, have been very supportive and helpful, so I couldn't be happier with them. Go to Autopark! It's a great place to buy a new or used car. But DO NOT buy the Easycare service plan! From personal experience, it is overpriced and they look for ways to not honour their commitment to you. More
As soon as I pulled up to the dealership I knew this wasn't your average used car dealer. With hundreds of cars on the lot, a dedicated service department and a large clean showroom I knew this was the wasn't your average used car dealer. The sales rep I dealt with was Wayne. Although new to the used car business, Wayne knew his stuff. Very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. The car I purchased was a 2010 Ford Fusion Sport after a little negotiation. It was extremely clean inside and out. There was some damage from a past incident that they fixed prior to receiving. We traded our old car which they were more then happy to receive. The process of signing over and picking up the new car was flawless. I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle here. Wayne took a lot of stress of the used car purchase away. Keep up the good work Wayne. See you and AutoPark in the near future. Matt and Steph Burns More

Yari worked hard to find the vehicle we were looking for went it was not on the lot. He ended finding the vehicle in Mississauga and personally bringing it to Burlington so that we could test drive and pur went it was not on the lot. He stayed in contact with us throughout the 48 hours while there was question whether they could get the car to the Burlington location and was quick to get us in front of the manager when it came time to purchase the vehicle. Kim communicated the options associated with financing and rust protection and did not pressure us into a decision. She listened to our needs and met them. More

salesperson lied to us about are depost say they could not do it that night. It took 3 days to get it back and we had to call to get it done. we didn't buy here because we got a new SUV for a better price not do it that night.
