They "said" they changed the oil but my windshield wiper fluid ran out after one use (which is usually part of an oil change service) so I doubt they actually changed the oil. There were also multiple un-repaired chips in the window that I need to get services. I wasn't provided any maintenance records from the previous owner/work done on the car. Bad service, bad karma. Do not buy from Sam or Autopark. More

We came across the car we were interested in on autototrader.ca. Mississauga Auto Park had the best price, newest model, and lowest kms, than anyone else. We noticed a few cosmetic issues (sticker on the back, crack in the front grill, and a bit of a squeaking in the rear of the car). They took care of all of that. After we took the car home we noticed a pretty big problem that we missed during our initial inspection. I called up our sales rep, Preet, and he had me bring the car in and the issue was dealt with very quickly. We've had the car for a week now and everything seems to be a-ok. As this was my first Used-Car-Dealership experience, next time I'd definitely be sure to inspect the car even more thoroughly and objectively. It would have been nice if the sales team was a little more proactive in that respect. Helping to point out some issues that could be dealt with. This would have saved everyone some hassle later on. More

Mercedes Benz AMG CLS 63 and it's mine. I wasn't really looking for another car, but when Harvey mentioned it to me as an awesome car and a collectors' item, I figured it was worth a drive t I wasn't really looking for another car, but when Harvey mentioned it to me as an awesome car and a collectors' item, I figured it was worth a drive to Burlington to test drive it. Harvey had the 2009 Mercedes Benz AMG CLS 63 ready and I got in it and I knew right then that it was my car. Harvey insisted that I should drive for about half an hour in most traffic conditions. We finally got back to Autopark and I asked him to open the hood...what an incredible engine! I asked for the contract. Harvey got all the extra items I wanted for me as well as an increase for my trade-in. (By the way this man really knows cars). When I picked my car up he took me out for a little celebration. They turned my whole experience around from the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Scott Bell. He was pleasant, informative, and really listened. Buying a car can be so stressful and the majority of sales reps tend to be super pushy...but I never once felt this here and I walked away getting exactly what I was looking for and within my price range!! it turned out to be an exciting fun experience and I would highly recommend Burlington Auto Park to anyone...ask for Scott he's an absolute pleasure to do business with!!!!! They were patient and willing to listen to me, and answer any questions related to the vehicle I was looking at. The sales representative, Justin Farquharson, always there ready to help, with his respect to customers. The financial services manager Kitch Short was high efficiency, it did not take me much time for the first meeting, and he recognized me immediately when he saw me a week later. I got some extra help from other employees as well. What I always pay attention to, is the attitude of the sales people regarding to their customers, products and the company. Justin proudly recommended me the process of stocking and pricing a pre-owned vehicle at Autopark, making me decide to buy. I feel confident that I made a good choice. More
I have known about Autopark Superstore in Burlington since October 2007 when I purchased my 2004 Saab from this dealership. In 2007 I received really good service but in 2013, the bar was raised when I since October 2007 when I purchased my 2004 Saab from this dealership. In 2007 I received really good service but in 2013, the bar was raised when I met with Wayne Hinds. My Saab was in the shop at Autopark and I was in to pick it up. The service department was closed and the receptionist was unable to locate my keys. Because my car was diagnosed with a terminal problem, I thought it would be a good idea to start looking for something new. While I was waiting, someone approached me and asked me if I needed help. Since he had not received his license as yet, he introduced me to Wayne who he assured would be able to help me. We looked at the specs of a few cars and decided to take a 2010 Infiniti for a test drive. I was interested in this vehicle and decided to go to the bank to look into financing. I also had my eye on another Infiniti at the Brampton lot as well as an Audi A5 which I had seen online. While I was in the bank, the Audi and the 2010 infinity were both sold. Wayne assured me he would get me a car. I came to the dealership and placed a deposit on the 2012 Infiniti that was on the Brampton lot. Before Wayne could get the car to the dealership, it also sold.. not a good look for me but Wayne promised he would have at least 2 Infiniti’s to the dealership the same day. Frustrated, I indicated I would be coming in to pick up my deposit. When I arrived at the dealership there were not 1, or 2 not even 3 Infiniti’s, there were 4 for me to pick from… now that’s service. Wayne is a man of his word. Through the whole process he kept on assuring me that I would be getting the car I wanted, and I did. For the short time I interacted with Wayne, I found him to be a very diligent, kind and trustworthy individual. A rare find given the industry he is in. Keep up the great work Wayne! More
