This was my second purchase at this location, i purchased there in 2008. Upon arriving at the lot I was arrpoached by a pleasant young lady who said ''Hi welcome to AutoPark my name is Brittney may I help y there in 2008. She was very polite, eager to help, not pushy and seemed truly interested in helping me. Buttom line is she was very capable and helpful and I bought a Lexuz through Brittney. My wife had talked about getting a car, she met Brittney, was very impressed by her and bought an Infiniti. Thats 2 car in 2 weeks but it doesn't end there. My youngest daughter had been looking for a Mazada 3, I called Britt and though they did not have one at their location she did find one at the Brampton dealership.Brittney drove to Brampton herself and brought the car back for Montana to see. My daughter loved the car and Brittney as well, so she purchased it. On the day she was to pick up the Mazada her sister came with her. My second daughter saw a car she loved, however it was a standard and she wanted an automatic, once again Britt did her thing finding just what Sierra wanted in Brampton and again driving there to bring it back . You guessed it, my daughter bought the BMW.The final result was that Brittney had sold us 4 cars in 4 weeks simply because she listened to us and provided great service in getting us what we wanted. We were in the market for a new car and was advised by a friend to take a look at Autopark and their pre-owned vehicles. We can't begin to say just how surprised and pleased we were at the assortment and qu friend to take a look at Autopark and their pre-owned vehicles. We can't begin to say just how surprised and pleased we were at the assortment and quality of cars in the lot. We chose two cars and were given dealer plates and the cars to test-drive. Both cars were impressive, with very moderate mileage and exceptionally good prices. We worked with Joe Hakim (Sales Manager) and Bob Duguid (Sales Rep) who took us around the lot, explaining in detail his thoughts on the cars we looked at. His manner was sincere and his knowledge very obvious throughout our conversation. After our test drives, we selected the vehicle we were most interested in, and asked Joe Hakim to give us his best price. After consultation with an associate, came back to us with a price more conducive to our needs. Throughout the discussion, the manner of both Bob and Joe remained pleasant and accommodating to all questions thrown at them and at no time were we pressured to "seal the deal". It was a most effortless and enjoyable experience. Even the staff that we did not have occasion to work with, were very pleasant with their salutations over the time that we spent at the dealership. We were made to feel extremely comfortable. We were then able to sit down with Mark and solidify the monetary arrangements. Another smooth experience. On the day that we picked up the car, it had been detailed throughout and it was hard to recognize it as a "used" car. In fact, our neighbours, even as we write this, think we have bought a new BMW. It is the most satisfying experience we have ever had at a car dealership, new or used and we will certainly advise our friends to take a look at Autopark when they are next in the market for a car. The whole experience of buying my car was one of the easiest, pressure free experiences I have ever had while car shopping. Even when I made it clear that I was not prepared to finalize the deal on that day, Brittney did not dismiss me and move onto the next customer. She grabbed a plate and we test drove a Toyota Corolla. When she followed up with me a couple of days later, I informed her that I was seriously looking at a Kia Forte, which at the time they did not have on the lot. I am not sure what type of magic she worked, but the following day she contacted me to inform me that they had just received a Kia Forte on their lot which met all my must haves and more. I appreciated the manner in which I was treated by Brittney and by Autopark Burlington in general and would definitely recommend anybody in the market visit and ask for Brittney. We were in the market for 2 used vehicles. We had visited used car dealerships in Burlington and fell in love with 2 vehicles in another local used dealership lot, we test drove the vehicles but the salesma used car dealerships in Burlington and fell in love with 2 vehicles in another local used dealership lot, we test drove the vehicles but the salesman was very annoyoing and kept asking " do we have a deal", we felt we were being rushed when we were deciding and the salesman kept remarking at least 3 times "I am really working for my money today"; the customer service & salesman attitude was so poor at this dealership that I refused to purcase my car from him and did not go in when my husband completed the transaction for his car. I opted to return to Autopark Superstore Burlington where we had visited a few weeks before and had a no hassle approach with Bob, he is very knowledgable (my perfect salesman), unlike the rush to make a purchase from the other salesman. I returned to Autopark and requested to see Bob. He was very professional, very patient and made us feel very comfortable. Bob answered my many questions. We test drove 4 vehicles before deciding on the 2008 Pontiac Torrent and although we paid a bit more than what I saw at the previous dealer ths vehicle did not have as much mileage and was reasonably priced, . We also met Mark Gennaccaro, in the business office, this young man was extremely professional, he was able to advise us on warranty options without feeling pressure to purchase. I would certainly reccommend this dealership if you are in the market for a used vehicle and hopefully you would agree that a sale price is not the onlly criteria, professional and courteous customer service is equally or more important.
