We take customer complaint very seriously, and will investigate each and very one thoroughly to make sure we do not repeat the same mistake again, and also to make sure the complaint is legitimate and fair, and is not post from our competitor. Hi Frank, the sales agent I dealt with offered me one thing, I came down and he switched the deal on me, then later told me the car I had come down to purchase had been sold- bait & switch? He then tried to upsell me, even though I gave him a firm price limit. I signed a "offer" and gave my credit card info- it was apparently rejected from someone in the next room- "good cop bad cop" (what kind of business is that anyways)? When I asked for the piece of paper with my signature on it, he refused. I left, after fully expecting to buy the vehicle on my way down there. I spoke to him on the phone and he got angry, yelled at me and told me "we don't want your business", then hung up! He also said that his manager told him to sell me the car that had been conditionally sold and make me wait a week for a car- could this be true? Who would want to buy a car from your shop? I wrote a letter to Chrysler head office and never sent it but the experience has bothered me since. I am not going to mention his/ her name, but it was most unfortunate. Being yelled at on the phone, and led astray in this process is not appreciated. Regards.
