The navigation system has had to be replaced twice, air conditioning didn't work on the passenger side and now the paint on the front bumper is coming off. They are saying it's due to stone chips? I live and drive my van in the city, van has never been down a dirt road? I've owned many Chryslers in my life but their quality and workmanship has gone down hill. I should have bought a Honda! My uncle bought a Chrysler 200 convertible and he cannot get in or out of his car in cold weather, Chrysler is doing nothing about it! Just like my van! More

Love our used "new" Town and Country After our ride for 16 years broke down on us we were in the market for a new ride asap. We considered a new Caravan but after searching the pre owned website we felt we could have a lot more for just a bit more. After placing calls and asking ?s to various dealerships we were fortunate enough to speak with Mr. Ross Peers who was very knowledgeable and personable. During the process we also spoke with the manager Peter who was very down to earth and honest re pricing and such which made the transaction even more reassuring. Peter's input was helpful as well as a pleasure to do business with such a friendly approachable gentleman. Ross confidently matched our budget and all the criteria we were looking for. We test drove the vehicle, loved it and ultimately bought it in a matter of hours. Most importantly, after the deal was signed Ross delivered on all his promises, he was efficient and had the vehicle cleaned inside out and ready by the next day. Ross understood that though the vehicle was used it was new to us! Upon picking up the van Ross went over all the electronics with us and gave us some tips re floor mats. Btw Ross, thanks for your advise, we did order the set you showed us on the website and they are in fact a perfect fit!!! :) Thank you for your professionalism. Phenominal!! After visiting several dealers (both Dodge and other brands), my wife and I were about to give up on being able to afford a larger size vehicle. Kenny was amazing to work with and through slightly out of our budget (to be fair, we did ask for a lot of bells and whistles which made it so), he managed to get us the van we wanted for the price that we could afford. We didn't want to settle with just any vehicle and we knew what we wanted out of our new van. Kenny made it happen!! Thanks again Kenny for all you've done for us!! Grand Cherokee No longer needing the carrying capacity of the F150, I was looking for a ride that would be really, really comfortable on long drives. Checked out a number of vehicles including the Explorer, Enclave and Santa Fe. Have to say, I am really happy with the Grand Cherokee I picked up from these guys.
