Terrible Service Bought winter tires and rims from here in Nov. Right away there was a terrible vibration which I took back to check the balancing. Left and still vibrating. I drive all over Ontario for work and I live 45 min from the dealership. It is hard to schedule to come back and is wasting my time. Needless to say it has been back 6 times a day once they sent me somewhere else to get them done. The last time I dealt with Frank GM who swapped them for new tires and rims that they removed from their service shuttle. I am guessing they removed NEW rims and tires from their van because they were the same type as the ones I bought and have the same issue and they couldn't fix them either. So reluctantly I let them swap them and still vibrating all over Ontario. I tried contacting Frank the same week to tell him these are no good as well. No response from him still. This is now going on 4 months and still no resolution and my van still shakes. I will never buy anything or get service at this dealership ever again! More
Pathetic , scheduling means nothing , poor communication. Quality of work or material poor, warranty issue for a repair, schedualing a first am appointment means nothing. Whenever I found an item in the contract opposite to what we agreed on. They apologize and blame it on the new computer system. They did fix it and ask me to sign, that’s when I realized that after fixing the one they have changed ( sneaked in ) another item , hoping you will never notice…and so on Four times they have changed and printed the contract . Things they changed…I bought the extended warranty and paid for it ( they showed declined in the contract) and they wanted me to sign as is , They told me it will show somewhere else and I do not have to worry about this Lease Contract, later they changed the allowed KMs per year from 24,000 to 20,000 …and so on I took the car and drove away when I noticed the low gas light on . I have enough gas to drive 10 km. The cheapest and lowest that I have ever seen. The Sales people there, are not trained about the products they carry. ( maybe to save money) but finally, I told them that I will read the manual myself and figure things out on my own More

WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!! I brought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler sport in to them in December because my clutch went, the amount quoted to me and my GF was $2000.00 but when I went to I brought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler sport in to them in December because my clutch went, the amount quoted to me and my GF was $2000.00 but when I went to get it from MIKE (Service Manager) the new amount was almost $2800 !!!!!! We then contact Frank Chan who adjusted it back to the $2000 and we were on our way a little pissed off but ok because he dealt with the xx from MIKE, who then claimed he didn't say it (LIAR). Now my Jeep had 66,000 KM on it at the time and now here I sit with my clutch broken again after driving it a month and for 1043 km. I brought it in on Tuesday morning and by end of day no phone call nothing letting me know what's up. I then left a message for my advisor Evan to call me back so I knew what was up. He called back and then said to me that they were going to wait until Monday because the mechanic is away until then who worked on my Jeep in the first place. I'm like I don't care who is away, why do I have to wait, I said what are you going to do, he said SORRY. I said I can't be without my Jeep for another weekend and still know nothing until Monday when the mechanic is back and has a chance to look at it. I again said not acceptable so they said they would have the head mechanic look at it and get back to me. Now I received an email from MIKE who wants me to come to the dealership so we can talk in person, I'm like I don't know what we have to talk about, what's wrong with my Jeep and are you fixing it ?? He then says I need to come over there and talk to them but could I authorize them for 4-6 hours of labour to identify the issue ?????????????? xxx, are you drunk ????? So now here I sit with no answers in 3 days and they want me to pay them or authorize them for more work ??? Also I should mention, they charged me 11 hours for a clutch, every dealer and shop I have spoken to said no more than 6-8 hours labour is enough for a full clutch re-re !! Not sure how this will end up but I will update this posting when I do. More

I live and drive my van in the city, van has never been down a dirt road? I've owned many Chryslers in my life but their quality and workmanship has gone down hill. I should have bought a Honda! My uncle bought a Chrysler 200 convertible and he cannot get in or out of his car in cold weather, Chrysler is doing nothing about it! Just like my van! More
