In a time of much distress having had a poor exp. with Audi downtown, the staff at Pffaf Audi managed to turn it around & make it a truly positive experience with their attention, pleasant & professional demeanor. I received a call within one hour of having a tel discussion with Dave to refer me to Jeff, a highly skilled & knowledgeable sales person, who found my desired car in no time and arranged for timely delivery. His warm and friendly attitude made it so much easier. He took his time to explain various auto options, fin options, provided knowledgeable advice & info. Also, upon delivery the detailed intro to my white A4 & going thru all features even though I was rushing through it, but he ensured I knew all features before driving off. The two xxups after the purch & within one wk also extremely impressive. Lori's pleasant with her warm smile, and fantastic service delivery and efficiency made the steps that much easier. Also a Thank you to Steve, Sr Mgr who arranged transportation without any questions, when I was stuck at VW dealership after dropping off my old lease to arrange for pickup bk to Pfaff Audi. I'm in sales myself and the ease & flow at which this transaction was done that made me feel so happy & at peace, confirms all I'd heard of Pfaff and being #1 in Service. I've already been sharing my experience with family & friends and getting the Pfaff name and my team who helped me out there! The staff are I work with RBC Royal bank, where Service, building strong relationships, honesty/integrity, warmth & enthusiasm are essentials for attracting new & existing business, and I'm so happy to have received all elements from Pffaf as a customer. It's definitely worth the drive from downtown to your location, without any hesitation, for all future maintenance. Ab Hamid was very friendly, helpful and professional in all my dealings with him ( 3 visits to dealership).
