My little girl and I got ripped off here in every possible way. Joshua Gonzales was salesman. Was given SQ5 with brake light falling out, mirror on passenger side broke and rear wiper not working. Af possible way. Joshua Gonzales was salesman. Was given SQ5 with brake light falling out, mirror on passenger side broke and rear wiper not working. After 1 week engine light coming on and off. I called Lucas used car manager. He said after 1 week that’s why I have extended warranty. I was told extended warranty was just like factory. Long story short, everything failed on this car. Then just after 4 months the engine completely died. All starting 1! Day after purchase. I reached out to Luca used car manager, Jessa Avila General Sales Manager, Sean Sahakian General Manager, Leslie Wollen executive assistant to Mr. Pfaff and then of course, Chris Pfaff himself. Not! 1 cared I was a single Father and completely wronged, lied to, deceived from day one and was sold a complete lemon! Almost $40,000 to died after 4 months! Once more I reached out and basically said how could you all do nothing? They said they’d buy it back from me for $5000! EVERYONE DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND NEVER DEAL WITH AUDI OF VAUGHAN AND PFAFF AS A WHOLE! Chris Pfaff didn’t even have the decency to reach out once to me. Good riddance to all of you trash. Thank You! So much for ruining part of my little girl and my life! You’re all pure trash! I surely hope none of you have kids and get ripped off as bad as you all ripped us off! Shame on you all! My question is, how do any of you sleep at night? More
