We spotted an Audi S8 for sale at Richmond Audi by chance when we were visiting Vancouver from Calgary. Jim welcomed us into the dealership and showed us the vehicle in detail. Jim and Tony, the sales manager, supported us through the whole process, which was a bit complicated as we would be trading in a rare vehicle in a different city. However, everything went very smoothly. I went back to Vancouver about three weeks after initially seeing the S8 to take delivery. Before I arrived at the dealership, Jim had already set up the account for myaudi for me. Jim spent around two hours in the car thoroughly going through all the features and settings of the vehicle.
