drove Five hours to look at a car that was promised to be in near perfect condition. when i arrived, the car was in terrible cosmetic shape. i was told, and i quote "everything is great, only a couple very s in near perfect condition. when i arrived, the car was in terrible cosmetic shape. i was told, and i quote "everything is great, only a couple very small little marks here and there but nothing unusual" directly from the salesman. the interior of the car was full of scratches on the plastic pieces and the display had most of the anti-reflective coating scratched off and looked awful. the exterior was riddled with dings and very significant gouges. both driver side doors had been very obviously repaired and painted by a terrible shop and was covered in runs, poor blending and had not been masked off properly, to the point of the door handle not even being removed for paint. all four wheels were covered in deep curb scratches and the tires were not only old enough to be near the end of their life, but the sidewall on the rear left tire had massive gouges in the sidewall. most of the pictures on the listing purposefully omitted all this damage. i even asked the sales to look the car over himself and he blatantly lied about the condition. i wasted not only my time driving ten hours (five hours each way) but also money for fuel. i feel that this dealership and for sure this individual salesman are dishonest and will not ever recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from them. i expected more from a luxury branded dealership, but was treated as if i was buying from a shady used car dealer. June 1 2023 I Brought my 2016 Audi A 5 to Audi Langley for scheduled maintenance today as I have since 2016. 2 weeks prior I had a flat tire. I took my car to a local garage and had to have th Langley for scheduled maintenance today as I have since 2016. 2 weeks prior I had a flat tire. I took my car to a local garage and had to have the tire replaced. I was also informed that a stud on one of my wheel hubs was missing. As I only take my car to Audi Langley for service, I decided to ask about it during my scheduled service with Ahmed .At first he was very supportive, The next day he proceeded to tell me how they ( Audi Service) felt that they were not responsible for the damage. Even though I explained to him how a couple of years ago I had a flat tire on my way to bring the car in for service and neither myself or a tow truck driver could not get one lug nut off. So I had the car towed to Audi Langley. That was the last I heard about the broken hub until I recently had a flat tire. I have had maintenance done at Audi Langley every year without hearing any information about the missing stud. I brought the work order for the time I had the blowout and the tire was replaced and showed it to Ahmed. His response to all of this was to indicate that there was a report of missing lug nut from my service from 2022 and that that I had some rim damage done repaired by a company they regularly use and that I could talk to them about the situation. I pointed out that this is something they should do as my car was in their care and that they sent the car to this other company, which he didn't have an answer for. Also I had some rim repair work done this time while my car was being serviced and the price I was charged for the rim service is $100 more than it was last year. In short I am totally frustrated and disappointed with this experience at Audi Langley Audi and I will not do business with Audi Langley again. I would recommend that you find a good, dependable and honest shop to have your vehicle serviced and repaired. More

He really went above and beyond, letting me test drive cars multiple times as I was having difficulty deciding which I liked best. He was patient, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I would absolutely recommend him as a consultant worth asking for. From apprehensive to thankful Took my recently privately purchased, 2010 Q7 into Langley Audi to see if they could tell me why the Bluetooth connection was not working from my phon Took my recently privately purchased, 2010 Q7 into Langley Audi to see if they could tell me why the Bluetooth connection was not working from my phone to the car. I had booked an appointment before reading all the negative reviews of their service department. In the end, I'm glad I did, as I left feeling a lot more confident about the folks at Langley Audi than before I arrived. I got there slightly early, but Jessi had a service technician come out right away to take a look at my car. I didn't quite catch his name, but he was very thorough, gave me his honest opinion as a service tech and as someone who might own my car. He figured out right away that the Bluetooth module or the optic fibre was at fault, but recommended that I consider carefully before booking an appointment. He told me upfront that it would likely take an hour and a half at a shop rate of $168 per hour to properly diagnose the problem and then I could decide what to do from there. He told me he could definitely fix it, but that it would cost a fair amount for the new bluetooth module or for new optic fibre cable to be installed. He commented on the high mileage that was on the car and said I should think it over. I appreciated his opinion and assessment. I found his advice was in my best interests and felt he was looking out for the customer more than he was worried about bringing in more work for the dealership. I found this refreshing and I am appreciative of getting his perspective. I have decided not to worry about connecting my Q7 with bluetooth via a factory route. I still may choose to have a third party installer put something else in my Q7, but I now have something to compare that option. There was no charge for the time and the information given. I understand that when you need something done at a dealership it will cost a fair amount of money to get something fixed. However, I also know that a dealership's service department can go a long way to building trust and a positive relationship with a customre and that is what I felt Langley Audi did with me today. More
