He asked about our needs and desires and listened very closely. Taylor remained on point searching for the vehicle that suited us best. Most dealers I have worked with have gone the up sell route, adding money here and there, and trying to sell the car that fits their commission best. Taylor never wavered, I can't say enough how attentive he was to our talks and remained 'on point' during our dealings. Very impressed. Extremely tight 'bunny avoidance steering' (I'm sure the young bunny probably said "Danke" after its heart rate lowered), excellent fuel mileage and a sound system that is making my whole family lip sync professionals. We truly are happy with our car, she stays indoors and comes on all of the family rides. Kiddos always ask to take her over our minivan, with video screens....for kiddos that a great endorsement! Professional - an enjoyable sales experience I purchased an Audi A4 from Crosby before and loved the car. When it came time to purchasing a new vehicle I reviewed all the possible options (Merced I purchased an Audi A4 from Crosby before and loved the car. When it came time to purchasing a new vehicle I reviewed all the possible options (Mercedes, BMW, Lexus) but I kept coming back to Audi. My wife and I met with Taylor and we immediately felt comfortable with him and his no pressure approach. As much as I was leaning towards the Audi brand, Taylor was another big reason for staying with Crosby and Audi. We ultimately decided to go with the S3 as I didn't need the size of the A4 and I loved all the tech and the performance that the vehicle has to offer. The negotiation was pretty simple and a deal was put to paper in very short order. Taylor worked to source my vehicle but unfortunately there was no vehicle in the channel that met my requirements. We had to wait about 2 months as Crosby's secured a vehicle in production and tweaked it to my spec. Taylor kept us informed of our progress from there. We picked up our new baby on May 30th and I almost thought that Taylor was more excited about it than I was. Taylor gave me a call about 2 weeks later to see how things were going and I really appreciated him following up. Much more than I expected. I recently purchased a 2015 Audi Q7 TDI. Right from the start Taylor was great. During my decision making process I compared the Q7 to BMW, Mercedes and VW. Taylor was knowledgeable and professional in assisting me in my decision. Once I decided on the Q7 we found a vehicle on an incoming shipment from Germany. Unfortunately there were weather delays that put the delivery back about 3 months. During the delay Taylor updated me regularly on the status of the shipment. When my truck showed up, Taylor was there for the delivery. Bottom line...... Taylor was fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
