Taylor Moffitt was the Audi Brand Specialist with whom we interacted, and we received nothing but top notch service from Taylor. He was able to provide us with the information that we requested about the vehicle, after sales and warranty information, and worked very hard to get us the best price possible for our purchase. Our vehicle ended up requiring a factory order, and Taylor kept us up to date with manufacturing and delivery progress from Germany to Kitchener. This included some unfortunate weather delays due to winter storms in Atlantic Canada, but he worked hard to get our car to us in the shortest time possible. Finally, we took delivery on March 31 which was supposed to be his day off, however he came into the dealership to meet with us and ensure that the delivery process was smooth and that we were satisfied. We have been very impressed with the service that we received from Taylor Moffitt and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase an Audi. We would certainly approach him again if we decide to purchase another Audi. More
