It wasn't until something wasn't working (immediately after delivery) and we took it to the certified Audi repair shop that they pointed out that the problem shouldn't have made it past certification, plus they pointed out other pre-existing issues, including hail damage. We purchased it from out of province (because it was the exact model and colour we wanted) and had it shipped, but NONE OF THESE ISSUES WERE DISCLOSED DURING THE SALES PROCESS. Even when we expressed our trepidation about buying it sight-unseen, they assured us that it was great. We only considered buying sight-unseen because we put trust in the Audi name and the Audi certification process. I addressed it with the dealership and THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THE SALE and are saying it's my problem now. And Audi Canada says it's a dealership issue. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! VERY VERY VERY DISHONEST. More
My experience with Dilawri Audi Downtown Vancouver began with a simple lease inquiry in January. After receiving an email from their leasing manager, I replied within 2-3 weeks. Silence. I sent a follow-up with a simple lease inquiry in January. After receiving an email from their leasing manager, I replied within 2-3 weeks. Silence. I sent a follow-up email. More silence. By October, desperately trying to sort out my lease end, I made multiple calls to the dealership. The first call disappeared into the void with no return call. The second call ended with a promise of a text message with important details - a text that never arrived. At this point, I was so frustrated that I planned to simply return my lease and walk away. Circumstances in November forced my return. They delivered my vehicle with what they claimed was a temporary connectivity issue, blaming it on "Audi systems being down." This wasn't true. The real connectivity issues were only discovered weeks later after my persistent follow-ups. They had delivered a luxury vehicle without properly verifying its systems were functional - a basic quality check that should be standard. Save yourself the headache. If you must work with this dealership: - Get everything in writing - Verify all systems work before leaving the lot - Don't accept "temporary issues" as an excuse - Double-check everything they tell you These folks are not proactive thinkers as shown to me over and over again. Its worth the frustration and time you'll waste dealing with their systemic issues. More

We had a very good experience with Vancouver Downtown Audi. Vivian Tsang was a great help in all areas: the test drive, anwering all questions, and working with us patiently to get a satisfactory price. Audi. Vivian Tsang was a great help in all areas: the test drive, anwering all questions, and working with us patiently to get a satisfactory price. She encouraged us to message her with any questions about the car at any time and has been responsive so far. She was a pleasure to deal with, and has been working in dealerships for a long time so is experienced in several areas. Great customer service so far! I certainly hope it will continue if we have issues, especially since we purchased a very long warrently since we like to keep our cars for a very long time. Carmen and Craig were also helpful during the processing and warrenty. If you are interested in an Audi I highly recommend asking for Vivian! I love my Q4 and our experience with Vancouver Downtown Audi! More
My story is long, and if you’ve been following my saga you may want to take the time to read this. I’ll start with the moral of the story, Sunny Gill of Downtown Audi and the Dilawri Group are only looki you may want to take the time to read this. I’ll start with the moral of the story, Sunny Gill of Downtown Audi and the Dilawri Group are only looking after their bottom line, they don’t care about you. They will try to give you as little as possible if you have an issue, my advice is fight for what is rightfully yours, and check your brake rotors. If you are looking to buy an Audi, there are better places to spend your money, don't give it to a company with no integrity and cares only about making money. Now, if you want to know why I say this, read on… Oct 2023 purchased brand new Q4 Etron with full iZEV and CleanBC incentives totalling 9k Jan 2024 discovered that it leaks, bring it back to DT Audi, they give me a loaner while its being fixed Jun 2024, they still can’t fix it, last resort is to remove the hatch window and redo all of the seals, fix didn’t work, still leaks I want a refund, haha we know that isn’t going to happen, then give me a new car Sunny Gill insults me by offering $47k to trade in my car that never should have left the factory Sorry Sunny, NO! the 2nd offer comes through. OK, we'll give you a new car, a better one..and Sunny isn’t making any money, and he is sure to tell me that All I want is a vehicle equal to my original purchase, if you wanna give me a better one, that’s your decision Sunny tells me that the 2024’s don’t come with a charging cable, I have to pay $550 for a cable, but he graciously offers me a 10% discount Hey Sunny, my 2023 came with a cable, so I expect that any replacement vehicle should come with the same…again he cries that he’s not making any money off this transaction, this isn’t a transaction Sunny, you made the money on the first car I purchased, this a replacement of a defective vehicle. He agrees to throw in the cable End Jun 2024, I am sure they want me off the books, they offer me a black Q4 (originally purchased a grey), and they'll cover the upcharge for paint, I go to pick up my new vehicle, do the walk around and notice significant rust on the passenger and driver side brake rotors, I had issues with the previous vehicle rotors which I didn’t notice till after, they note it and will be revisited in a few months. They still owe me a tow hitch which is on order, we’ll see how long that takes (a month later and still no hitch) OK, almost done, have to sign the paperwork to do the transfer, no money is exchanged, this is a replacement. They want me to sign another rebate form for the iZEV (5k) Transport Canada rebate. Again, I'm not, buying a car, no money is being exchanged, so why should DT Audi get the rebate AGAIN? I refuse to sign it, but they won’t give me the car unless I do. I try to negotiate, DT Audi gets the 5k, give me $2500 in extras...now Regan Judd (Sales Manager) steps in, no we can't give you anything that costs us! Stalemate....so I ask for the logos in black and an at cost wrap. Regan agrees...and to date, 1 month after the promise is made, and I have followed up with Regan, no response. But should I have expected any more? Nope...this type of customer service is to be expected. By this time I’m about to lose it, so I sign it, and I’m done. If you’ve come to this point of my story, you’re interested, this has been the worst purchase with the worst company I have ever made. At the end of Sunny Gill apologized for all the turmoil we went through, too little too late buddy, the damage is done and this is where we are now.Honestly, I came out on top, I got a newer car with better range and more pep, but was it worth the hassle? Definitely not, I would have rather got my money back and never stepped foot in DT Audi More

Horrible service, empty promises, no accountability or follow through - their main philosophy - make the sale and run. I would recommend NOT heading to this dealership unless you want to experience comple follow through - their main philosophy - make the sale and run. I would recommend NOT heading to this dealership unless you want to experience complete and utter ignorance from a customer service perspective. Unfortunately, I have closed on my new vehicle or I would completely cancel my order based on the level of service and ignorance. Never have I every experienced a sales team that deliver a such a load of xx and the stream of excuses to cover up for their lack of care or service. Again - save yourself the headache and GO ELSEWHERE. More
