What a pleasant experience buying a car! Our salesman George Glesbrecht was fantastic and took the time to listen to what we were looking for and match us up with the Q5. We love it! I felt since I arrived after having purchased the car they were too busy to give me much time. Gentleman who showed me the card details (John?) was great. They promised my car would be brought down - didn't happen until I went and asked when was that going to happen. Then tried to set up my phone with a map and it wouldn't work - it took over an hour to sort that out - partly because sales guy said he would get John but then didn't. He made no effort to help sort things out until I asked how long would it be before they gave me a vehicle to use and I would come back when my was fixed. He informed me it worked but could not explain why it wasn't for me. All the wrong folks tried to help - grateful but.... When my friend suggested did the car need to moving the scoffed at her and when they finally tried it was the problem. Your people should know better. Two other groups who came for vehicles arrived after I did and left before me. I lost much time out of my day. Did not feel like I was anyone important at all. Terrible since we bought everything over the phone and didn't take up any of the sales persons time with test drives. More
