We chose Surrey Applewood Kia after trying 2 other dealerships that didn't meet our requirements... and third time was definitely a charm.. Rich was great to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable and helped us get through all the purchase details in record time ( but didn't make us feel like we were being rushed in to anything). The entire staff were great... from Michael, Claudine, Holly, Gina to the service dept that had our added accessories on before the paperwork was complete. We are loving our new Sportage... thanks go out to all of you for being such a great team!! More

The team really make you feel special which means a lot to me and will never buy from another dealer these guys are great. The General Sales Manager Michael came out and asked if I had any other questions on the price or the payment he explained it over again so I was clear. Our truck broke down and we needed a vehicle as soon as possible. Kevin greeted me on the lot and asked me what I was looking for I mentioned the KIA Rio that I was looking at and he asked me if there was possible. Kevin greeted me on the lot and asked me what I was looking for I mentioned the KIA Rio that I was looking at and he asked me if there was anything I wanted to know about the car. He answered all of my questions quickly and clearly. He mentioned a few other vehicles that they had but once he realized that I was set on the Rio he didn't mention them again which was nice as there was no pressure to get into something I didn't really want. He suggested a test drive and after pointing out a few of the special features we were out on the road. I loved the car and how it handled and any questions I had Kevin answered immediately. Once back on the lot he asked me a few more questions and introduced me to the manager Michael who also asked if I had any questions. I was then taken upstairs to the business offices where Nick and Claudine worked hard at getting the best financing deal for me. When all was said and done and all of the papers were signed Kevin went over a few more things with me and then took me out to my new car waiting for me with a full tank of gas and made sure I was comfortable with my new car. The overall experience was a 10+ and I believe the first impression I got from the wonderful staff at Applewood KIA will continue. Thanks again for making my car buying experience a wonderful stress-free one. More

I got an amazing deal they matched what other dealerships had offered me in terms of extras and I was very impressed with how i was treated. Very friendly and not pushy at all! I bought a kia 2 years ago. Was running fine up until a few months back. I have been back to the dealership to have it checked out (3) times and they cannot find any problems. The service dept said they did everything they could and cannot find any problems. After picking my car up the 3rd time I drove it around a little and noticed it started to act up a little. I drove back frustrated and told them I will "keep and eye on it". The problem I am having is the fact that the car has a "hiccup" like its misfiring. There are no error codes, no lights on the dash, nothing. It's annoying and frustrating. I will have to goto a different dealership and have them check it out. More
I had never purchased a car before on my own and had no idea what I was getting myself into. Being a woman, I had heard a million horror stories about how male car salesmen take advantage of you, increase prices, sell you things you don't need, etc. I did a lot of research and I decided to email Jake Forsythe. He called me back and we set up a meeting for the following week. I gave him my budget and my rules, and he was able to absolutely fulfill exactly what I needed and ended up saving me about $100/month overall. I would not hesitate to recommend him or any of the other people who work at Applewood Kia in Surrey. I will definitely be a return customer!! More

Very upsetting experience. The dealer, named Rich Orzol, did not treat me well and embarrassed me in front of my family. He walked away saying "I am done here" He kept asking me what my budget wa Orzol, did not treat me well and embarrassed me in front of my family. He walked away saying "I am done here" He kept asking me what my budget was. When I could not answer, he was visibly impatient with me and did not seem to care any more. Did he expect me to show how much I was going to spend??? I am puzzled. My past experience taught me never say how much I am willing to spend when I deal with car dears. So I did not say it today. The uncomfortable situation made me point out the fact that their vehicles (Rondo) were way over priced (in my opinion based on redbook value) and that was when he walked away, leaving my whole family of 4, including my 7 months old twins in the middle of the lot. I felt humiliated. I do not think anybody expect to have that kind of humiliation when they walk into a car dealership prepared to spend a lot of money that is so precious to anybody. More
When I walked into the dealership, Crystal was the first person to greet us. There was a lot going on however she took the time to answer all my questions. In turn she asked the right questions only to find that if I got out of my current lease I could save a lot of money and actually own a car. The next thing you know we were off for a test drive and visiting with Nicholas to work out the financial details. All within 3 hours I owned a new car! Everyone was happy, efficient, and respectful of my time. I have received lots of follow up customer service calls that I do appreciate. I'm very happy with my Kia Optima and very pleased with both Crystal and Nicholas for their excellent customer service! Thanks, Dallas More
