When I walked into the dealership, Crystal was the first person to greet us. There was a lot going on however she took the time to answer all my questions. In turn she asked the right questions only to find that if I got out of my current lease I could save a lot of money and actually own a car. The next thing you know we were off for a test drive and visiting with Nicholas to work out the financial details. All within 3 hours I owned a new car! Everyone was happy, efficient, and respectful of my time. I have received lots of follow up customer service calls that I do appreciate. I'm very happy with my Kia Optima and very pleased with both Crystal and Nicholas for their excellent customer service! Thanks, Dallas More
My husband and I have been looking for a car for a long time and finally decided we really liked the 2013 Kia Optima. We have researched and even figured out the color, style and interior we wanted and dec time and finally decided we really liked the 2013 Kia Optima. We have researched and even figured out the color, style and interior we wanted and decided to check out the actual car on the lot. Everyone jokes about car sales and high pressure sales tatics and since I have purchased a car from this particular dealership I was not concerned. Reasons for my rating: Customer Service - Sales specialist was cold and unfriedly. She never asked any questions as to what we were looking for? why we liked the Optima and no recommendation for any other vehciles. Seemed like she had no knowledge of Kia and just did what we told her even though she was suppose to be the specaiist. Quality of Work - The vehcile we wanted to see is the 2013 White Kia Optima with tan Interior and she was unable to show us this as there was none and she claimed that the tan interior would not come out until next year. This was not true as in the end she stated there was one left but it was in Northern BC and we would have to purchase now and bring it in for us when we haven't even see this car yet. I don't know anyone who makes a $20000 purchase whitout seeing and thinking about it first. Friendliness - The sales specialist was awkward and unknowledgable from the begining however when she discovered we were not ready to purchase the same day she because rude and uncaring. As a preivous Kia owner I get invitations to private sales sometimes and asked what the benefit woudl be to purchase at those functions and she could barely awnser the question and in the end said there is no benefit. Price - This was the only thing that I have to say was decent as it has nothing to do with the sales staff. Kia's are fair priced in the market from my internet research Overall Experience - I was so excited to see this car and with this experience no longer am interested. Its unfortunate but I figure with that kind od sales I am better off buying used and looking on craigslist. I don't see value in paying dealership price for 2nd class service. More
just bought a used car there and so far we're very happy. both the salesperson (andrew) and insurance person (nick) were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. we also got a good pric both the salesperson (andrew) and insurance person (nick) were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. we also got a good price! the only reason why i'm not giving it 5 stars yet is because with a major purchase like that, you have to wait a little to see whether everything is indeed on the up and up. After several attempts to purchase a new vehicle, I was pleased to arrive at the Applewood Langley store early one morning last week. It was before 8 AM when I arrived and although there were no salesmen o pleased to arrive at the Applewood Langley store early one morning last week. It was before 8 AM when I arrived and although there were no salesmen on shift yet, the sales manager Jason Wright arrived bright eyed and bushy tailed! He quickly spotted me and invited me in to his office. He sent one of his detailers over to Tim Horton's to get us coffee's while we discussed what I would like to see in my new vehicle. After about 20 minutes he had helped me select the perfect new Sorento for me. I went up stairs paid for the car and came down to find my new SUV shiny and clean. He even filled the gas tank up. It was a real pleasure to deal here and I felt absolutely no pressure at all. Jason's honest and straight forward approach left me feeling appreciated and respected. I have told several of my friends to go see them for their next vehicle purchase and I will be buying a new Rio for my wife with in the next few weeks. She needed a new car and was told by several dealerships that she did not make enough money and would not qualify for a loan (she looks younger than her age) She had been saving for some time for a car so when she told me she was looking on craigslist I was worried. I called Applewood business to ask them to assist her. The manager actually did a credit check and was able to get a car loan. she did not not have a lot of credit history. The sales team went into "lets get her a car" but they did it with patience and worked overtime and waited until I could arrive to approve the deal and the final numbers. I could go into much more detail of the many things they did that day so she could get her first new car, a 2012 KIA Soul! I just want to say THANK YOU for the great TEAM WORK. More
