Completely misled by Toyota Ancaster — would strongly advise others to be cautious. As a doctor who recently moved to Canada, I trusted this dealership to be transparent and honest — especially since advise others to be cautious. Unfortunately, that trust was completely misplaced. I purchased a 2016 RAV4 based on the assurance from Kyle (the salesperson) that the car had no rust and had been rust-proofed. I asked specifically about rust, and this was clearly denied. After taking delivery, I discovered significant rust on the roof, boot, doors, and other visible areas — far beyond what can be called normal wear for a 9-year-old car. When I raised this with Mr. Azhan Sheikh, the Sales Manager, I was told they could just "use a paint pen" to cover it up — a completely inadequate and dismissive response. I even wrote to Mr. Darren Moore, the General Manager, but received no action or concern. The rust was discovered within just seven days of delivery. On one hand, the dealership claims it's "normal wear and tear" — yet if that were truly the case, why are they unwilling to take the vehicle back? The answer is simple: because it’s not normal. They misled me during the sale, and now, rather than doing the right thing, they are choosing to dismiss my concerns over a few thousand dollars. It’s deeply disappointing to see a dealership compromise its integrity for such a small amount. Despite my willingness to return the vehicle or exchange the car or select something else from their inventory within my budget, they refused to take responsibility or offer any resolution. The attitude changed completely the moment the sale was done. They are not transparent, not customer-focused, and definitely not credible. I will be filing formal complaints with OMVIC and the Ministry of Transportation (MTO), as I believe this is a clear case of misrepresentation. It is a shame that a dealership of this size and reputation operates in this manner. I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Toyota Ancaster — especially if you're relying on them for honest guidance. Would give them minus rating if I could. — Dr. Ahmed Akhtar More
The definition of CON artists these people are. They caused me a big financial loss by not making an important disclosure. If you really like a used car they carry, make sure to record the entire conversation with A WRITTEN CONSENT from them. If they refuse the recording then you know there is something they are trying to hide. Not trust worthy, the nicer they feel and look and bigger the problem..normal thing to have done is negotiate the cost of that repair but they acted that nasty way which reflect how unethical and less caring about they people who might not be mechanically savvy and or trusting out of good will.. They just got caught running a stolen car operation out of their dealership. Rep was Ankur Bhatiani. 2 warrants are still out for two additional arrests. Refused to sell me a car because I am a Toyota employee who gets a discount. I came in to buy a new RAV and everything was great until I mentioned I was a Toyota employee, which gives me a discount on Toyo who gets a discount. I came in to buy a new RAV and everything was great until I mentioned I was a Toyota employee, which gives me a discount on Toyota vehicles. They flat-out refused to sell me the car, and the manager wouldn't even talk with me about it. This is the only dealership who has ever denied our employee discount, please buy from any other Toyota dealer. More
My experience at Ancaster Toyota has been nothing but exceptional. I’ve purchased vehicles from there, I now have an RX 350 and a GX 350 from Lexus and both our serviced at Ancaster. The service departme exceptional. I’ve purchased vehicles from there, I now have an RX 350 and a GX 350 from Lexus and both our serviced at Ancaster. The service department bends over backwards to satisfy their customers. You can leave your car and be shuttle home and then picked up when the car is ready. In my world, it doesn’t get much better than that. I just want to thank the whole team at Ancaster Toyota. Keep up the great work. More

I had an amazing experience with the Ancaster Toyota team! Big shoutout to Allan, and his team. Service was terrible. Right from start of having vehicle, Fob did not work brought car back, kept for 5 days. Given back and Fob still not working. Also window randomly opens when vehicle is started. They said battery was changed. It apparently was a defective battery. All 3 sales reps/Manager Morgan, Drew, and Allan tried to resolve the problem. Till this day, 3 weeks since vehicle was returned. Still have not heard back from dealership. I am annoyed and frustrated. The customer service is extremely poor. I would notrecommend this dealer. More
Had an-eye-opening experience at Ancaster Toyota again: Today I went in the have them look at the powered lift-gate back-door of my RAV4 (bought at this dealership). I told them exactly what the problem is and asked them for a quote for the repair. The answer at the service desk was: You need to sign for a $140,00 diagnostic service-charge before we touch your car (means if i don't book the repair I have them to pay $140,--. Needless to say, that I did not do that (I bought 3 new cars and a good used one at this place). Second time I did not get help (first time I needed a battery on the spot (They wanted to give me an appointment in 1 week. Never again Ancaster Toyota!!! More
