He was very patient, worked with the numbers and made my dream come true. I've always wanted to have a Murano, but for many reasons, it was never possible. From the time we decided to go ahead with the purchase to the day we got it , it only took about 10 days. I got it 2 weeks ago and I have to say I'm very happy and satisfied with the car. The whole process was very easy, no complications or issues. The whole team is amazing but I want to give a special Thank You to Joher Ali, who helped us with his professionalism and ethic. When I went there for the third time of repairing it, they told me they didn't have any More loaner vehicles when my appointment was scheduled a month in advance ! Two weeks later when they call to to tell me my car is fixed, they expect to come in right away to bring the loaner ! The service guy Jeff told me I will be charged from the rental company if I don't bring it because my car is now fixed ! My car is still not fixed ! Worst customer service I have ever received. I give them a 0 for effort !!! More

Keep all your maintenance records and don't drive the car off their lot until you have done an inspection yourself (I found cigarette butts and peanuts all over my floor mats, ugh). Check your odometer readings before service and after service - I had 5000 kms added on my odometer while they had my car for repair over a few days...looks like my car was just used and abused :( And the grand finale: all my questions and complaints were ignored. I walked away with a great deal on the new vehicle and my trade-in, and I've had a stupid smile on my face ever since. My salesperson Ali Joher surprised me with the best experience I've had purchasing a car in some time: no nonsense, no games. In the end, and long past closing time, all the support staff personally thanked me for my business. I would not hesitate to do business with these folks again, I cannot recommend them enough. More
