Non payment of pre-paid card $777 as committed by Anil Mehta I bought New Nissan Rogue SV AWD on June 1,2018 in promotion days. The promotions package as agreed by Mr. Anil Mehta, Sales Rep. and Mr. Gabe Panicci I bought New Nissan Rogue SV AWD on June 1,2018 in promotion days. The promotions package as agreed by Mr. Anil Mehta, Sales Rep. and Mr. Gabe Paniccia, General Manager was four year extended warranty , four year free maintenance and C$777 pre-paid card on the agreed price to paid be on delivery. However, the dealership did not pay the above said pre-paid card of$777 on delivery and Anil Mehta said you receive in the same in one week. Now whenever I call him for pre-paid card, he did not listen to me properly. Perhaps they are not honouring their committment and agreement made in presence of my husband,.They are trapping customers through fraudulent means. Beware if you are buying any vehicle from the the dealership!! More

Mr. Sohail Sheikh, is a very nice professional salesman! We were very happy with him ( my wife and me bought 2 brand new cars within a week with his consultance and help) He is very kind, friendly and listens to what you are looking for. He has made each vehicle purchase an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend seeing him if you shop at Alta Nissan Woodbridge. . Thank you so much, Sohail! Battery in key fob needed changing My car would not start, I got stranded and had to get my car towed to Alta Nissan. I left a voicemail on Sunday that my car will be sitting in there My car would not start, I got stranded and had to get my car towed to Alta Nissan. I left a voicemail on Sunday that my car will be sitting in there parking lot come Monday morning and to check out what the problem was. I asked them to call me with their report of what happened before doing any work. The service Manager at Alta instructed me to come over after work Monday and they can discuss what they found. OMG so much work needed to be done, so many things wrong, how can that be for a car only 3 years old. Here is the fun part, when I went with the tow truck driver who towed my car to Alta, he said before doing any work check the battery on your key fob because he does a lot of calls for the Mercedes cars with this same problem of not starting. After hearing all that the service Manager had to say on ALL those expensive repairs, I said "humor me and put a new battery in my key fob and at this he replied oh that isn't the problem. I said humor me and when he replaced the "dead" baterry in my fob...IT WAS A MIRACLE the car started!!!!! I put down my window and told them to smoke that work order with all those fancy repairs and smoke it. I called Nissan Canada regarding this little JOKE, and their response....Wait for it....That is not our problem these are all independently owned....HAHA....joke is always on the consumer! More

Alta Nissan Wood-bridge is one of a kind Dealership UNTIL YOU GET YOUR CAR, or in other words until they ge I would like to change my previous review. Alta Nissan Wood-bridge is one of a kind Dealership UNTIL YOU GET YOUR CAR, or in other words until they get your money. After that :Hasta la vista" that means good by if I see you I do no care about you. I will tell you my story here. I bought a new Leaf and the car is good, sales force and people great before they get your money. It happen that driving one week after a small stone crack my windshield and need to be replaced. Call and make arrangement with my insurance and dealer ship to get it replace it. Because is a new car only the dealership has it ($1,300). After spending over 35,000 plus extended warranty and ask for coverage and help because in my opinion the windshield was faulty, the only answer I got was sorry nothing we can do, even worse in order to get the replacement part I have to give 80% deposit to the company would change it. The dealership do not do the job, they sell you the parts, charge you good, and pay the other guy and basically "screw you. I even got a comment, well I have other customers to take care I cannot keep on talking to service to solve your problem. After many phone call I finally got a lousy 10% discount and I still waiting for the call to arrange service. I good dealership should have replace it at not charge and win a customer for life instead of losing it for ever. Conclusion: very good cars, nice people and great service BEFORE you get the car, after that ..... well you imagine........ I had to go to other dealership to see if they are willing to replace my windshield..... I will tell you next comment when Maple Nissan call me if they do Thank you for reading..... More
Excellent Service All Around I have had horrible experiences in the past when purchasing/leasing vehicles. So as I was shopping around for my next vehicle, I did not have high hop I have had horrible experiences in the past when purchasing/leasing vehicles. So as I was shopping around for my next vehicle, I did not have high hopes until I walked into Nissan Woodbridge. The customer service is fantastic and the one thing I really loved is from the moment I walked into the dealership, no one was trying to sell me anything. They sales reps were all genuinely nice. I dealt with Sohail, who is a very kind gentleman. He helped me in every possible to make sure I got the best possible service and the best possible deal. I told him I was very interested in purchasing a 2018 Murano and from the very first minute until I picked up the vehicle, he was so helpful and honest....which is hard to find in a sales rep. He also gave me the best model of Murano for my budget. I also dealt with Sandra from Nissan Woodbridge and she helped me in any way she could financially. Usually dealerships try to gauge you for more money and she was no pushy at all. She understood my budget and did everything she could too keep it in and around that. I highly recommend both Sohail and Sandra from Nissan Woodbridge!!!! More
