Perhaps the best purchase experience in many years! My wife and I drove 3 hours to see and possibly purchase a demonstrator Alta Nissan had advertised. There were absolutely no surprises from the first greeting, to the test drive, to the price discussions, to the day of the pickup of the vehicle. Peter Didomenico was courteous, friendly and proved to be good as his word. It was wonderful to deal with someone who followed through on everything we agreed on. Peter couldn't have been more accommodating and professional. His Sales Manager, Francis Luu, made my wife and I feel like we were Alta Nissan's most important customers. I'm not saying that we made out like bandits, but it will take quite a bit more time to wipe the silly grins off our faces. We would not hesitate to do business with Peter and Alta Nissan again. More

Alta Nissan Woodbridge - Forever Earning My Loyalty I have been a loyal Alta Nissan (Woodbridge) customer for many, many years. A big part of that loyalty is attributed to the wonderful way I am treated I have been a loyal Alta Nissan (Woodbridge) customer for many, many years. A big part of that loyalty is attributed to the wonderful way I am treated by everyone at the dealership, especially in the Service Department where Sam (manager) and Angela always and without exception make it right. They and the mechanics behind them are by no means perfect, but they are pretty darn close. More importantly, I trust all of them implicitly. For me, that trust is far more important than the possibility of a lower new vehicle purchase price elsewhere. My point? My next new vehicle will be an Alta Nissan Woodbridge vehicle and it will be completely serviced there as well. More

This included the showroom and the sales, leasing etc. Ali Joher, a sales consultant, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. However, I was talked into the extended warranty by someone else who suggested I would get a better financing rate which I had never heard of before. In hindsight I don't regret the additional warranty but the way it was "suggested" by someone working at the dealership. As for the car, a 2012 Versa with low miles, it has been marvelous. Great on gas and lots of leg room and head room - both pleasant surprises! Even the ride is pleasant given that it is a small car. Overall, this dealership is worth your time but be wary of "suggestions" that may cost you money while you are there! More

Whilst the car is great sadly the salesman Adnan, although perfectly friendly, made the experience e In February I bought a used 2014 Rogue from Alta. Whilst the car is great sadly the salesman Adnan, although perfectly friendly, made the experience extremely frustrating and left a negative overall impression on customer care. Despite giving plenty of notice of pick up date (a saturday), when I arrived it turned out that the media unit had been switched out for a faulty one, as somebody else needed the working unit elsewhere and had ordered a replacement for later in the week.. I was told I could expect a two hour wait if I wanted a working part switched back in. As I insisted I would wait this ended up being only 40 minutes. The owners manual had also been removed before I arrived to take delivery and again this hadn't been noticed. As the warranty documentation wasn't ready I was told they would be couriered together on the following Thursday and I would receive a courtesy follow up at the beginning of the week. Neither the call nor the documents were forthcoming. Upon chasing a week later I received an apology and an admission that the paperwork had been forgotten and given a commitment that I would definitely get it that week. Sadly yet again the promised paperwork failed to materialise in the promised timescale, forcing me to continue to have to chase (which quite frankly shouldn't be the case). Nice cars, but the commitment to ensuring cars are genuinely ready, customer satisfaction and that commitments made are followed through on? Sadly lacking, at least on the evidence of this particulary experience. More
