DON'T GO TO ALLEN DALE!! Bought a new trailer in Edmonton, wasn't what I expected. They weren't willing to help out in any way without more money. The trailer was 2 days old Bought a new trailer in Edmonton, wasn't what I expected. They weren't willing to help out in any way without more money. The trailer was 2 days old tried charging me an extra $3700 to down grade. Not a good way to do business. They just want a sale, when you leave you are on your own. From all the lies to the damage to our unit while in their service department that they blame us for. 5th wheel was also broken into while in their shop and they wouldn't use their insurance co. Not Interested in Selling RVs. In 2013 I was looking for a new Class A Thor Outlaw. I put in a call and filled out their online form to contact me because I want to purchase this u In 2013 I was looking for a new Class A Thor Outlaw. I put in a call and filled out their online form to contact me because I want to purchase this unit. Not one called or emailed. Thor Motor Coach told me to call Woody's RV and I purchased the Outlaw. Now I am looking to upgrade to the 2017. Emailed into Woody's. Great People at Woody's. They called me back the same day, unfortunately to say they don't carry the Outlaws anymore. Again called Allan and filled out the online form. A month later I get an email and decide to work with the guy. Spent a couple weeks working out numbers with my trade in and purchase. Waiting for final numbers, things go silent. Send in an email, and someone else response stating the last guy is gone. Starting over and reworking the numbers they want to charge me full MSRP, but on their site they list the MSRP as $256k and their reduced price as everyone does as $184k. So I ask, why the full MSRP. I haven't heard from them for 3 weeks now. Going south of the boarder to purchase my new coach. More

service holy cow does the service here suck !!!! we took our BRAND NEW trailer for service here , the same place it was purchased I might add and received not holy cow does the service here suck !!!! we took our BRAND NEW trailer for service here , the same place it was purchased I might add and received nothing but really bad service, the first time we had over 30 items that needed repair and they fixed 9 in the 7 months they had it(guess I got free storage out of them) well ! you guessed it , back in for service that they supposedly fixed last year, c'mon allen dale, give me a break shop local and get screwed for it, the service advisor Brittany is great but the people in the back (technicians) should just go back to their coloring books, my 9 year old knows more about their job than they do More
