Enclosed trailer I talked to Rem and from the first time we talked to when my enclosed trailer arrived it shrunk 5 feet and to top it off it arrived with 5 out off 6 c I talked to Rem and from the first time we talked to when my enclosed trailer arrived it shrunk 5 feet and to top it off it arrived with 5 out off 6 center caps in the rims then he ordered one and I Recieved a text message from him today saying my center cap was in and I could pick it up over on the south side of the city and I live in the west end after me paying 16,000cash for trailer that's no where near the size I was told it was very f...... poor customer service so I told him it's like this if I pickup the center cap when I get home I will be removing Alan Dale's Decals from my trailer and that was a hour ago and have not heard anything from him since so with that being said if anyone is looking to buy anything from there think twice about it be smart and go elsewhere More

Rob and I had the best experience working with Duane Trytten Duane was awesome at hearing our requests and following up with the requests to ensure we got the trailer we wanted. We love our Heartland Elkridge - Duane was awesome at hearing our requests and following up with the requests to ensure we got the trailer we wanted. We love our Heartland Elkridge - both in size, style with 2 slides (bedroom, dinette & living room), awning and incredible space in the cargo holds for our golf clubs, table, chairs and small barbeque we travel with. We also love the fireplace inside - that was a welcome surprise and is perfect on the chilly nights. The furnace is also wonderful as is the layout of the kitchen. Worst Dealership Around.... STAY CLEAR !! Absolutely the worst service on the planet ... not only did we only get to use our NEW 5th whelk for 6 months our if two years when purchased but our Absolutely the worst service on the planet ... not only did we only get to use our NEW 5th whelk for 6 months our if two years when purchased but our unit was broken into while in their care. We had to use our own insurance co because they said they had no insurance . They damaged our unit while in for more repairs and blamed us even though we reached out to a detailed who does touch ups for them and said he knew the unit and had been contacted to touch up some damage caused by the shop. They tried internally to touch up with what looked like nail polish. We have never been treated so rudely by the owner who essentially called us liers to our face. All the lies about our unit from the sales department when it was purchased. I could go on and on ... save yourself stress and money ... you have a choice where to purchase an RV. ...... DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!! More

Frustrating ! Bought last spring. Started out great with young salesman. Then after settling purchase things went sideways really quick. Assistant manager was quic Bought last spring. Paid cash Before we even left the yard he disappeared. Never to be seen again ! When we called him his attitude was very insulting Had trouble with break lights right outside of gates. Got sent to Mercedes " not their fault ". Back to Red Deer. Then Back to Mercedes Calgary still not Their fault. BACK TO RED DEER. Finally after much delay and 3 days and about 1000 miles of my cost of driving back and forth the Service Manager took his day off and rectified the issue. Had the Assistant Sales Manager stepped up to his responsibility in first place would have saved everyone a lot of time and trouble HOWEVER the Service folks, our first salesman , and top management saved the day BUT BYPASS THE ASSISTANT MANAGER. More

Liars Liars and Liars So I bought a new North Trail 22FT from salesman Ed at the Edmonton location. So through all his sales BS ," Ill leave a little something in the fri So I bought a new North Trail 22FT from salesman Ed at the Edmonton location. So through all his sales BS ," Ill leave a little something in the fridge for your first camping outing. Nope didn't happen! Then unfortunately I recommended a friend of ours to purchase a unit there, they bought a Prowler which Ed tends to forget who sent him the deal, not a thank you or a FU anything!! Nothing in the fridge for the business I gave him- joke!! Then we had an incident with our awning arm breaking - well we should be able to get warranty coverage- " nope awnings are not covered by warranty- denied!! So ok after it sat in their yard in Edmonton they graciously charged me for the winterization - hmm ok.... new customer and gave them business- nope don't care! So a after me constantly calling there pathetic service department about gee what's happening with my awning-" awe well the wrong part came in so we had to send it back, blah blah.... " it takes a long time to get these parts in" frig lie! No calls from Pat in service as to when it'll be ready- well April comes along and wow - its ready! Amazing and its clean to !! Uhh wrong the awning is friggen dirty you stupid clown! Get the invoice cost for repair of $ 876.79 - go there and all of a sudden its $1100!!! Really So I tell him well I have the Extended warranty through First Canada- Pat says lets go see Dan the business Manager- yes he has the Premium Package. Pat proceeds to tell him "well I have a good friend from First Canada I can get this approved, no problem - let me deal with it". Thinking that was the end of it pulled out with my dirty trailer tucked way in the back yard thinking it was all good. Then last month I get an email stating I have a outstanding invoice regarding my awning arm and I need to clear it up because all warranties were denied!!!! WORD OF ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS- NOTHING BUT LIARS More
