Amazing service This is our first motor home, however we have had many trailers, so it was scary when we purchased thinking our after service was going to be terrible This is our first motor home, however we have had many trailers, so it was scary when we purchased thinking our after service was going to be terrible; " I was very wrong" the minute we picked up our unit we have been treated like royalty for getting warranty and customer service! I have been dealing with pretty everyone there and have always been extremely satisfied. Like any new unit there will be bugs to work out but this has atleast been a pleasant dealing when something comes up. Totally recommend talking to Kim as she is bubbly, fun extremely knowledgeable and courteous. More

I was always updated with how they were making out on my trailer and never had any hidden agenda's. It is great to have dealt with personable, knowledgeable, and professional people like Brittany and Dave. I will recommend Allan Dale for all the hard work they have done for me. More

Excellent service (finally) I came in many times to try and have my bison horse trailer serviced. Every time I came in there was an issue.... People didn't know what was going I came in many times to try and have my bison horse trailer serviced. Every time I came in there was an issue.... People didn't know what was going on with my trailer, people didn't know how long it was going to be, so on and so on. No customer calls, no follow ups, and never any courtesy calls to explain to me, as a customer, what's going on with my trailer. I had heard they made some changes in the service department, so I decided to take breath and try again. I do want to say that one of the girls there by the name of Britney has really pulled through. She had patience with me, went and beyond for me to do whatever she could to make the service easy and as Efficient as she could. From the past, those people looked dazed and confused, and an answer was impossible. The buck was always passed to someone else. "Oh it's warranty. Parts aren't here. Shop is loaded..". I do believe there is a new service manager there, but I am uncertain of his name. My long drawnout service experience with Allendale has muchly approved since the change of staff. I will spread the good news to my friends and family. It is now camping season and were looking forward to servicing our trailers in the near future and purchasing from your company.! All thanks to the turnaround that Britney has done to make our encounters at Allandale much less painful. More

Worst Experience, Terrible Service, Rude Staff Wow, I accompanied my friend who has purchased a travel trailer from Allan Dale. The reason for the visit was to deal with the complete run around they have been getting for the whole 1.5yrs since purchase of new trailer, pertaining to warranty work and non functioning parts. Seven months have passed and parts were ordered only ten days ago for a slide issue....seven months. This is only one of the horrible service problems they have had with this company. My experience witnessing the blatant lies, lack of company structure, zero customer service, rude customer service staff was one that I won't soon forget. My friend had very valid reason to be livid, along with after notifying them that we were on our way and to pull trailer out, upon arrival the trailer wasn't even on this site!! Also, Kim and Josh at the service desk didn't realize that I can read lips and I was very disgusted with their rude antics and poor unprofessional attitude as they bashed my friend while we were in the shop and witnessed their behaviour through the glass partition. Shame shame. There is zero management structure, zero truth and zero customer satisfaction and non existant professionalism. Would not recommend this company EVER FOR ANY REASON. The amount of RV's and travel trailers at this site up for some kind of service and repair are startling and a very bad warning sign of what this company ISNT capable of. RED ALERT!! Keep driving people, spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere!! More

Not willing to budge We live in Edmonton and had contacted these guys for a quote on a few units we were interested in. We had asked for pricing about $2000 less than what they were asking. No negotiations at all, they just said they weren't interested in our offer. What dealership won't negotiate? Only this one apparently.. laughable really, since we have the money and wanted to make a deal. I guess we will find another dealer that WANTS our business. Will be sure to NOT recommend them to anyone we know! More

Allan Dale - Terrible Sales Staff Red Deer Nothing has changed over there in the last 10 years. I tried again to get a quote after a previous deal where I walked out over a 300.00 electric Nothing has changed over there in the last 10 years. I tried again to get a quote after a previous deal where I walked out over a 300.00 electric jack. They had the papers ready to sign, I asked for nothing off the price, only for them to throw in a electric jack with the 30,000.00 enclosed trailer deal. The salesman came back said his sales manager said no they couldn't do that. I walked out over the deal. On my last quote extra item prices were hidden (scratched out). The quote came back with one price, take it or leave it. No idea to see what each item costs so I couldn't add or delete options. I tried to bring up the issue with the salesman (nice guy but not knowledgeable) and got an email stating that's how they price things. With a last attempt I told them my previous history with the dealership, my disappointment with their pricing and that I would still like to try to do business with them. I submitted some option changes and heard nothing back. Why bother? I would really like to support the local community and Allan Dale is the only Intech dealer in Alberta. When I ask for a quote from a U.S. dealer I have it in a matter of 15-30 min. Through Allan Dale it was a day or two to see anything. A potential minor issue but you really get to see customer service when you deal With US trailer dealers verses this company. For this I will continue to buy my trailers from a US dealer, unfortunate but I deserve to be treated fairly. Flying A Trailers and Elliott's Custom Trailers have been awesome to deal with. Excellent customer service and quick responses. More
