Satisfied with some reservations Just purchased a new car from this dealership. He spent an extended period of time to ensure we felt cofident driving away. The balloons and congratulations were unexpected and appreciated. Well done!! Our one negative involved the purchase of the added rust protection which was expensive, and not properly explained. The warrantly for the protection guarentees the car against rust for the length of time we own the car. .It has to be inspected by a Mazda dealership every 2 years for the time we own the car. What they failed to mention is that, without any reminder, we are expected to remember to bring the vehicle in every 2 years for their inspection and if we don't remember to do this within a month of the purchase date then the warrantly is cancelled. So if in 3 years rust develops and we did not have it in for inspection there is no lifetime warranty as was offered when this extra purchase was made and installed on the vehicle. Buyer beware. More
Service assustance A very special thank you to the service department at Airport Mazda. On November 2nd, I was driving from Tweed (north of Belleville) to Toronto. When I came off the highway, I heard a sound coming from the right rear of the car. I contacted Mike, the service manager at Bay Mazda where I always take my car to be serviced. He suggested that I try to get into a dealer to see what the problem was as I was concerned about the safety of the car driving back to Tweed . I gave Mike my location and he suggested I try Airport Mazda which I immediately did. The service agent told me to bring the car in so they could have a look. They discovered the problem, fixed it and I was on my way........wonderful service and so helpful. They even gave me the number for the part so,I could take it back to Bay Mazda to get it installed...they did not have the part in stock. I was very pleased with the professional service I received on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment. Thank you, service department at Airport Mazda! More

Samir was not only pleasant and cordial, he was extremely accommodating and patient with my inquiries and expectations. Average Picked up my car with the deal being it came with a full tank of gas, only had 1/2 tank when picked it up. Driving home I put the driver side window d Picked up my car with the deal being it came with a full tank of gas, only had 1/2 tank when picked it up. Driving home I put the driver side window down and it immediately fell off the track. When I contacted them, they promptly told me that I should take it to my own mechanic. So the very first day of ownership I already have a repair bill of $350 for the window regulator part plus 2 hour labour @$100/hr. plus taxes so I’m looking at close to a $700 repair bill on the first day. Other than this, I like the car. More

Poor Service Do NOT visit this place if you want a top notch service. I was really dissatisfied. I have been a loyal customer of Mazda and especially to airport Ma Do NOT visit this place if you want a top notch service. I was really dissatisfied. I have been a loyal customer of Mazda and especially to airport Mazda but they do not care. I went for an oil change and reported a couple of issues which were unique and easily reproducible. The service manager did not even care to go to the care to see the issue. That would have helped them to identify the issue and rectify it easily. After 4 hours of service, the issue was still present. They said we tried to find the issue but there weren't any. the second I got the car. I showed them the issue and the service manager said, you have to come again tomorrow to get that fixed. He was not even to ready to check it and we argued for 2 hours. Third party mechanic got that fixed in 48 seconds. More

Dialn went through all the details of the Mazda 3, the car that we have been looking at for quite a while. He was confident and knowledgeable. He was personable and approachable as well. You can tell that he wanted our best interests at heart and wasn't trying to sell you a car. We bought the car that same night. The delivery of the car was on time. Dilan went through all the details of the car with us so we were well informed of all the bells and whistles. He delivered on his promise on getting us the Winter Mats for the car that were back logged in the system. He was a great person to deal with and I would highly recommend him and this dealership to all friends and family. Many thanks! More
