The second Mazda 3 I purchased a brand new Mazda 3 2016 from Airport Mazda, and dealt with Mr. Dilan Rathnapala. This is my second Mazda 3 from the same location and sam I purchased a brand new Mazda 3 2016 from Airport Mazda, and dealt with Mr. Dilan Rathnapala. This is my second Mazda 3 from the same location and same sales representative. Dilan made my first shopping experience in 2010 very pleasurable, he was very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all my questions. He is still the same experienced gentleman in 2016. The day I received the car, Mr. Dilan spent time to explain all car features to me. I will definitely keep dealing with him in the future and recommend him to family and friends. Mr Dilan Rathnapala I just changed my mind not to go anywhere else, the Rep was giving very explanatory answers so that my wife can also understand in technicality of purchase, very helpful Gentlemen and very knowledgeable of his job. we were so pleased that we signed the purchase agreement. the day we took possession of the car Mr Dilan took the time to explain all car gadgets and features to us, he even called next day to ask if all ok. We did a lot of research on the various options available without compromising style of vehicle and decided to go with Mazda. Once we got to the dealership the sales experience was no different. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured, the walk through of the vehicle and brand was impeccable and really attested to us making the inevitable decision. I would like to thank our sales person Dilan for the great experience and the staff at Airport Mazda for ensuring a seamless process in obtaining the vehicle of our choice! I would recommend Airport Mazda and specifically Dilan as the sales person if you are interested in buying a Mazda, I’m certain your experience will be consistent to mine. More

Mazda CX-3 GT and my Sales Representative Dilan I had been looking for my first car for a while now, and just never really had that feeling that I was going to end up with the experience and car tha I had been looking for my first car for a while now, and just never really had that feeling that I was going to end up with the experience and car that I wanted, versus the feeling of settling, when it was all said and done. I dedicated a lot of time to the search especially over the past year, and even had my dad help out with looking at prices, makes and models. After giving up on dealerships near our home, my dad ended up going out on a limb, and checking out dealerships near my office, while I busy with some projects at work. He eventually made his way to Airport Mazda to look at their lineup, and ended up meeting Dilan, my Sales rep, as he was walking in the door. As my work schedule was getting busier, I had thought to hold off looking for a bit, but my dad told me about the easy going experience he had just simply trying to get some information about the vehicles available, and told me to make some time to come in to check it out. When I went over to take a look, I was blown away by the friendly, informative and helpful manner of Dilan. I had a chance to look at the new CX-3 model, and Dilan was very straight forward and came across highly knowledgable about the car during my initial meeting with him(which was a night & day experience compared to the previous dealerships' representatives that I had unfortunately dealt with). He spent a good amount of time walking me through the layout of the vehicle, and all the options it came with. Usually I don't like to make a decision right away, but I felt this was the car for me, and I wasn't left with that feeling of double guessing myself. What was even better for me was that I didn't hear the same excuse I had heard from another rep I dealt with at another dealership earlier in the year, when I almost pulled the trigger on a sedan. And that excuse was that it would take X amount of weeks, or possibly a month(s) to get the vehicle I wanted, with the options and specs that I wanted. I had ended up walking away due to that in the past, but with Dilan, I believed him when he said upfront that he would look into finding what I needed, and give me or my dad an exact answer of when the car would get here. Imagine my surprise when less than 24 hours later, I find out that he would be driving down to another Mazda dealership with my exact car requirements, and bringing the vehicle to the Airport dealership himself. Dilan also mentioned that he would work closely with his Sales Manager Ganesh(who was very nice when I met him as well), to work as quickly as possible to process the car and paperwork in order for me to pick it up shortly. Within another 24 hours or so, I was making arrangements to book a half day at work after some meetings before the long weekend, and then coming over to dealership to see my car. I actually arrived a little earlier than expected, but instead of making me and my father wait(who wanted to experience the moment of my first car with me) till the time of pickup, Dilan got it ready quicker, and once again to my surprise, the majority of the time we spent at the dealership before actually driving back with my new CX-3 GT, was actually spent sitting in the car and standing around it on the lot, while Dilan gave me a really awesome tutorial session on all the little tips and optimal settings for the vehicle. For someone who understands and has experienced the frustration, and wasted time of dealing with other representatives at other car companies, and taking so long to finally get the chance to experience what buying their first car and a new one at that, I can say that in this case, I am really glad that I had the opportunity to wait for this kind of awesome experience.
