Very disappointing service I bought a new Mazda 3 here. After driving it for less than 5 minutes an error message popped up telling me to get my brand new car checked out. I fig I bought a new Mazda 3 here. After driving it for less than 5 minutes an error message popped up telling me to get my brand new car checked out. I figured out what the problem was and was told to come in and it would be fixed. So I drove out to the dealership and was told, well we have to order parts, so you'll have to come back another day. Weeks later, I cannot get a hold of anyone in the service department to actually tell me if the parts are in or not. I've been told 3 times that someone would call me back, but nothing. I would have thought buying and driving a new car would be a more pleasant experience. More

During my first visit Amir let me take the vehicle for a test drive and explained some of the features. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the sales manager Dilan went out of his way and spent more than an hour explaining all the features of this SUV, he even took the time set-up the Bluetooth connection to my phone. Dilan was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions with confidence. Dilan made sure I knew all the features of the vehicle and ensured I was confident enough to drive away in my brand new SUV. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
