My Ford SUV was scheduled for a recall to be done on February 28, 2024. Shortly before 5pm on February 27, 2024, I received a phone call advising me not to come in and parts were not available for my re February 28, 2024. Shortly before 5pm on February 27, 2024, I received a phone call advising me not to come in and parts were not available for my recall. Fast forward to yesterday, April 9, 2024, I called again to inquire about the status of the parts for the recall. I was then informed that the parts were never ordered for my vehicle. I was told because my Ford has never been to Airport before, that they didn’t order the parts, I have been a longtime customer of Airport Ford and now have to wait for parts to be ordered at Mohawk Ford. More

I brought my 2014 Ford escape in for a recall issue back in 2017 for the door handle on the back driver side. I could not use this door. They were supposed to repair this issue but just a week or so later in 2017 for the door handle on the back driver side. I could not use this door. They were supposed to repair this issue but just a week or so later I tried to open the door and I heard a peice drop. I no longer used this door for a few years. I am transferring ownership to my daughter and my car would not pass because of the door handle. I called airport Ford and explained everything and that repairs are covered under the recall. I had an appointment the following day at 8:15 am. I dropped it off and did not hear back… I needed this done for a safety. I ended up calling at 2pm and asked them if my car was ready.. it wasn’t and they informed me it’s not covered under the recall which I believe I was scammed!!!! I had to pay almost $500.00 to pass the safety!! More
