I bought my car here 9 years ago and 120,000 kms later it is still running like brand new because they do the maintenance. They dont do short cuts and they do it right. My Ford SUV was scheduled for a recall to be done on February 28, 2024. Shortly before 5pm on February 27, 2024, I received a phone call advising me not to come in and parts were not available for my re February 28, 2024. Shortly before 5pm on February 27, 2024, I received a phone call advising me not to come in and parts were not available for my recall. Fast forward to yesterday, April 9, 2024, I called again to inquire about the status of the parts for the recall. I was then informed that the parts were never ordered for my vehicle. I was told because my Ford has never been to Airport before, that they didn’t order the parts, I have been a longtime customer of Airport Ford and now have to wait for parts to be ordered at Mohawk Ford.
