I really hate high pressure sales and i usually feel very uncomfortable when i deal with salespeople. This was our second time in need of a new vehicle. We bought a Honda Civic from them last year and were so impressed with the service we received we went back for a new HRV for me. They really work as a team to make sure you feel welcome and help you find what you need, without any pressure. What has really impressed me is that the great service didn't stop once we purchased our vehicles. We were shown how to use the technical stuff in the car and then were thanked by the manager before we left. They follow up to make sure you are happy and everything is good. I really like that. We had a salesman named Rohan and he was awesome!! He worked really hard to find me the HRV i wanted and has checked with me more than once to make sure everything was good and i was happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this awesome team. Repeat customer for a reason! We bought a 2015 Honda civic didn't drive it much only had one oil change, was told it was recommended to do tire rotate as well. Went to pick it up and was told it wasn't ready to rotate yet. NO Charge!! awesome! other dealership would have done it anyway. Then got a nail in a tire, found out it was coved by our warranty.. tire was replaced again NO Charge!! Decided to turn car in because I didn't drive it very much we pulled up to the dealership and saw the 2016 Honda Civic. I feel in love! So instead of turning i my car I walked out with the new one!! Mike had sold us our fist Honda and he was awesome! then we had the pleaser of meeting Rohan! These two are an amazing!! Because of them and this dealership and everyone we have had the pleaser of dealing with(from the maintenance people, the finance people, the sales people and right down to the girls when you walk in the door) I am already a repeat customer and I'm sure I will be again!! What a great team you have in Airdrie!! More
