It was a breath of fresh air to walk in and have a sale person's first request be concern on my time and capacity in regards to my kids. The next comments had my jaw dropping to the floor with the up front honest sharing of dealership details and management style. This open, considerate, honest approach continued through 3 additional visits. Thank you Marty and also Patrick and Brandon. Airdrie Honda had a used 2015 EX-L van with navigation that was in excellent condition.....this van suited us perfectly and was well priced. Our sales consultant, Shaddy Kamaleddine, was very pleasant, helpful and patient. All the staff we dealt with at Airdrie Honda were great (shuttle drivers, sales & office staff, and service dept that did some work on our old Honda van). The service was excellent. I went to two of the dealerships in Calgary. They were horrible. They don't even give me a deal or willing to do anything for me. I met Patrick Li as their sales manager. He is awesome. I didn't get the car at my first try. Then I went to the other dealerships in Calgary. I've been in all of them. They were just trying to sell me other accessory and warranty. Then it reminds me of Patrick. He's the only one that actually care about my decision and check up on me. None of the other dealers ever text me. Patrick is very honest and responsible. He got a very nice plate number for me. And got me an earlier car. It's my favourite blue Honda Fit. The experience there was amazing. Hoping to work with them again. They are the one you should go for if you are ever getting a car from Honda dealership. They would give you the most honest price and suggestion. I will totally go back if I ever getting a car again! Thank you so much for all your help! You guys deserve a 10 out of 10. More

An experience like no other My experience at Airdrie Honda was excellent. I have never bought a new car, in fact until this point I had never dealt with a dealership at all. Airdrie Honda was the first place that I walked into. I was greeted by Marty and from this pint forward things were amazing. I fell in love with the HRV. Never at any point did I feel pressured into this vehicle. Marty was very knowledgeable and provided this information without being pushy. I left Honda that day and went to a few other dealerships in town. This being my first experience I didn't want to buy the first thing that caught my eye. The other dealerships I visited that day were to say the least not at all like the experience at Honda. Their no pressure informative approach at Airdrie Honda allows you to make an informed decision that works for you. I had to wait for my car as the colour was not available. I was told upfront that I would wait probably two months but turns out I waited only one for the HRV in the colour I wanted. It is worth the wait! Being the first car payment I was committing too I was nervous and Crystal was fantastic in helping me and going through things to ensure that this truly was the right decision for me. She was very personable and we had a great time going through everything When going through the car Ian was very informative and even though the showroom was now closed he never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. He never rushed and ensured he answered all of my questions. I was leery of dealing with cars salesmen and a dealership but Airdrie Honda made this experience enjoyable. I would and have recommended them to friends and family. More
