Airdrie Honda was the first place that I walked into. I was greeted by Marty and from this pint forward things were amazing. I fell in love with the HRV. Never at any point did I feel pressured into this vehicle. Marty was very knowledgeable and provided this information without being pushy. I left Honda that day and went to a few other dealerships in town. This being my first experience I didn't want to buy the first thing that caught my eye. The other dealerships I visited that day were to say the least not at all like the experience at Honda. Their no pressure informative approach at Airdrie Honda allows you to make an informed decision that works for you. I had to wait for my car as the colour was not available. I was told upfront that I would wait probably two months but turns out I waited only one for the HRV in the colour I wanted. It is worth the wait! Being the first car payment I was committing too I was nervous and Crystal was fantastic in helping me and going through things to ensure that this truly was the right decision for me. She was very personable and we had a great time going through everything When going through the car Ian was very informative and even though the showroom was now closed he never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. He never rushed and ensured he answered all of my questions. I was leery of dealing with cars salesmen and a dealership but Airdrie Honda made this experience enjoyable. I would and have recommended them to friends and family. More

He was so friendly, kindly gave me two rides from Calgary to Airdrie, first one to go there and have a look at the car and second one to pick up my car. I received the most friendly atitude as the salesman from Lance and the best atitiude for negotiating on price from Mike, and all these followed up a helpful and efficient purchasing process from Lance and Brandon. All of these were wrapped up by a quick and effective orientation from Ian on using my car and dealing with it. However, it was not the end. I received Lance's followups once in a while with my experince with my new car. I should add that I wanted to finish the purchasing process and pick up the car in the same day due to my inflexible work schedule. All people in Honda Airdrie were of great help in this process. More
