We pride ourselves on being a full disclosure dealership at all times. I believe that there must have been a misunderstanding as I understood that we were selling this vehicle to you for Honda Canada’s MSRP and I was unaware that we were asked to match another Honda dealership's pricing. The pricing that you shared with me was the MSRP as configured and printed from Honda’s website and this did not include the optional accessories of a block heater, splash guards and locking wheel nuts. Again, I apologize if there was any confusion or miscommunication on my part. Your complete satisfaction is very important to me and I would appreciate the opportunity to once again review all the information with you to ensure all of your expectations are met.
