Disappointed I drove from Edmonton to Airdrie to look at a used vehicle I had a hold deposit on, the appointment was scheduled 4 days in advance. Upon arrival we I drove from Edmonton to Airdrie to look at a used vehicle I had a hold deposit on, the appointment was scheduled 4 days in advance. Upon arrival we had to wait 15 minutes to view the vehicle at which point we were paired with.a different sales representative because the one we were originally dealing with was busy. The rep. who accompanied us quite literally could not answer one question about the vehicle and said he had no idea we were scheduled to see it or they would've cleaned it up better. I felt bad for him as you could tell he just got swept into it last minute and was trying to be helpful. The vehicle was shown to us covered in dust and what appeared to be rust spots - later these were explained as railroad dust from the delivery - this made it difficult to properly look for any scratches, dents etc. I made an offer on the vehicle a couple times within $2000 of the total list price and the sales team didn't even bother to counter offer. It was my first time negotiating with a dealership and I left feeling like I wasted a lot of time genuinely trying to make a sale. Good points: will do hold deposit, friendly, not pushy. Bad points: unorganized, lack of preparation, didn't seem like they wanted to earn my business, couldn't make a deal. I'm sad to see the vehicle has sold however I'll be just fine working with a different dealership! More

We found the car on the website, contacted the dealership and Mike Fry got back to us right away to answer any initial questions we had and to set up a time to go see it. At the dealership we met Grace Kerr who took us on a test drive of the car. She was willing to answer all the questions we asked but didn’t hesitate to admit when she wasn’t sure. She didn’t pressure us to cut the test drive short and allowed us to keep the car out until we were satisfied. Her happy and positive attitude made the experience very easy and stress free. She was a pleasure to deal with. Upon delivery of the vehicle Ian Wong took my daughter and went from bumper to bumper making sure she understood where everything was and how everything worked. Again, we were never rushed and he was only satisfied once all our questions were answered. This is our third vehicle from Airdrie Honda and we have never been disappointed with our treatment. From the buying process to all the subsequent service appointments, we have always been treated honestly and respectfully. I would not hesitate to deal with Mike or Grace again in the future and would definitely recommend Airdrie Honda. More
