I was in the market for a new SUV and it was on my consideration list. Shaddy was the salesperson assigned to me. He was very helpful, friendly, and patient. When I decided a few days later that I wanted to go with the Pilot, he got back to me right away and we wrote up the deal. I was impressed at how both Shaddy and Patrick negotiated on my behalf to get me a fair trade value for my car. Unfortunately my car was delayed due to production issues, but I was kept informed along the way of how things were progressing. Brandon in Finance went above and beyond answering my questions and checking on the status of my vehicle. Before, during, and after the sale I was introduced to management as well as the service department. Ian THOROUGHLY went over everything in the car with my husband and I before we took it home, which was much appreciated as this car is a technological marvel. I am just so impressed with the entire dealership. It was so refreshing for me as my previous dealership was rude and dismissive.
