He didn't try to upsell us to a bigger engine or a different model, he worked with us and our budget to ensure that we walked out thrilled with our purchase. He made the process a lot of fun and enjoyable. We then went on to work with Crystal, who continued with the theme of terrific customer service, looking after all the paper work. We picked up our new baby on the weekend and spent time with Ian who introduced us to our newest addition and showed us how to get the best from her. The dealership did have an advantage in that we were leasing and the car was going to be in Airdrie; hence keeping servicing in Airdrie made sense. But honestly Dan was great, we joked around a bunch, the buying process was pretty quick, we got bunch of thank-your for leasing there even from the head manager and Ian, the delivery specialist was great too. Dan even gave me a ride to work downtown because we couldn't get our car in the exact time frame that we wanted (only because we got a manual and those are almost obsolete). So all in all it was an excellent experience and on top of that the car (Civic EX) is amazing. Cars have come a long way. And to lease for 280 (including an entire winer tire package, which we selected, otherwise the payment would have been about 260) was awesome. More

Great Used Honda Odyssey We were looking at picking up either a used Sienna or Odyssey. We were informed that an Odyssey was coming in, in a couple of days. When the vehicle came in we test drove it and felt it met our criteria. Since it had not yet been Honda Certified, Patrick indicated that we could save some money by accepting minor imperfections since he would have to repair them prior to putting the van on the lot for sale. He pointed the imperfections out and we were given a choice as to whether we wanted them fixed or not. In many cases, he had to fix the issues in order to get the car Honda Certified. I was also given the opportunity to get Airdrie Honda to put on tires of my choosing, which was a big plus as I typically drive with all-weather tires and dealers rarely put these on cars which they are selling. Getting the car Honda Certified allowed us to purchase the vehicle at a low interest rate which was another plus. All in all Airdrie Honda turned a van over quickly and I think we obtained a good van at a reasonable price. More

He listened to what I was looking for and then discussed a couple of options. His knowledge of the model I chose was very thorough and made it easy for me to make my final decision. The briefing on the day I picked up the car was very thorough and enabled me to link up all my electronic devices in minutes once I got home. Overall a great experience. More
