He was very helpful, friendly, courteous and understanding. He explained every aspect of the problem and gave me cost effective and timely solutions. With such a busy life and downturn in the economy, these simple gestures are much appreciated. He didn't try to upsell us to a bigger engine or a different model, he worked with us and our budget to ensure that we walked out thrilled with our purchase. He made the process a lot of fun and enjoyable. We then went on to work with Crystal, who continued with the theme of terrific customer service, looking after all the paper work. New Honda 2015 Fit Was looking into purchasing a new Honda Fit or a Nissan Versa. Test drove the Fit and the Versa and I knew the Fit was the model for me. The dealership did have an advantage in that we were leasing and the car was going to be in Airdrie; hence keeping servicing in Airdrie made sense. But honestly Dan was great, we joked around a bunch, the buying process was pretty quick, we got bunch of thank-your for leasing there even from the head manager and Ian, the delivery specialist was great too. Dan even gave me a ride to work downtown because we couldn't get our car in the exact time frame that we wanted (only because we got a manual and those are almost obsolete). So all in all it was an excellent experience and on top of that the car (Civic EX) is amazing. Cars have come a long way. And to lease for 280 (including an entire winer tire package, which we selected, otherwise the payment would have been about 260) was awesome. More
