Buying a car should be an exciting and stress-free experience, but mine was frustrating and disappointing. I recommend future buyers double-check all paperwork, fees, and agreements before finalizing anything. I hope the dealership improves its customer service and communication so other customers can have a better experience. 2nd. I had a disappointing experience dealing with Eric at Airdrie Honda. During our conversation, I felt uncomfortable because he tried to put words in my mouth and misrepresent what I was saying. Instead of listening carefully to my concerns, the discussion felt pressured and confusing. As a customer, I expect clear communication, honesty, and respect, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I hope the dealership improves its customer service and focuses more on understanding customers rather than pushing their own narrative. To be honest with Eric, he is lying to me.
